28/03/2024: Fantastic looking and welcoming restaurant, very elegant and pleasant, professional and family run, first class food, I had a pizza and it was one of the best I have ever eaten. Furthermore, the price is low. Five stars on everything, highly recommended to anyone. Very elegant place, notice, I felt a little out of topic with sportswear but when I go back I will be dressed properly. The staff jokes, is very nice, and the place is frequented by nice people.

23/03/2024: Excellent place for aperitifs with friends, spacious and in the central area. Excellent cocktails and choices of spirits. Times a little slow in serving, particularly on the upper floor and for this reason I know only 4 stars, but in general it is my favorite place for an excellent aperitif in Pinerolo.

17/03/2024: LE CARBUNERE è probabilmente il modo migliore per concedersi un pasto elegante appena fuori Pinerolo senza per forza svenarsi. Questo agri-ristorante, aperto da alcuni anni dai titolari dell'azienda agricola situata in quei di Villar Perosa, é posto poco lontano dalla città della Cavalleria, è facile arrivarci e dispone di un comodo parcheggio interno. LE CARBUNERE, da noi visitato recentemente ci ha dato immediatamente una sensazione di ordine e pulizia. In una sala non grande ma lumisosa, tutti i tavoli sono posti ben distanziati tra loro a tutto vantaggio della privacy dei commensali, mentre l' assenza di confusione e vociare molesto, assai comune in parecchi ristoranti, consente di meglio assaporare i loro piatti. Il menù non è vastissimo, ma ben suddiviso, con ricette della tradizione Piemontese, preparate in maniera accurata e con buone materie prime la cui provenienza é rigorosamente riportata sul menù. Le porzioni sono più che soddisfacenti. La carta dei vini vede parecchi prodotti del tarritorio presentati a prezzi onesti, così come il conto finale. Molto buono e garbato il servizio al tavolo. Mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente.

17/03/2024: LE CARBUNERE is probably the best way to treat yourself to an elegant meal just outside Pinerolo without necessarily fainting. This agri-restaurant, opened a few years ago by the owners of the farm located in Villar Perosa, is located not far from the city of Cavalleria, it is easy to get there and has a convenient internal car park. LE CARBUNERE, which we recently visited, immediately gave us a feeling of order and cleanliness. In a room that is not large but bright, all the tables are placed well apart from each other to the advantage of the privacy of the diners, while the absence of confusion and annoying shouting, very common in many restaurants, allows you to better savor their dishes. The menu is not very vast, but well divided, with traditional Piedmontese recipes, carefully prepared and with good raw materials whose origin is rigorously reported on the menu. The portions are more than satisfying. The wine list features many local products presented at honest prices, as does the final bill. The table service was very good and polite. I would highly recommend it.

01/04/2024: Mediocre staff, in this case I had lunch at Easter so I can't talk about the menu and I can understand the staff's anxiety at having so many tables full of people. If I can advise, I would make the veal less dry and I would call the dessert bounet and not tart, the sugar in the creme brulee must be crystallized almost burnt. The rest was OK just to make dishes less confusing but the combinations between the foods were good

09/03/2024: They made you sit near the kitchen door with the door slamming on the back of the chair, there is no wardrobe, it smells of unbearable fried food which gave me gastric problems, clothing needs to be taken to the dry cleaners due to the very strong smell of fried food in it. it got soaked. I communicated the inconvenience via email and received no response

23/02/2024: To be honest I didn't really like the pizza or the place which is small with too many tables and the pizza was low and the dough was very salty...perhaps better because it gave a bit of flavor to the seasoning on top of the pizza... I don't think I'll return👎
