Le proprietarie e le dipendenti sono di una disponibilità ed educazione che va oltre l’ordinario, il menù che propongono è diverso dal solito e tutto ottimo come i diversi drink e la vasta scelta di vini e birre.

Let's start from the assumption that the location is not bad... but.... it is not possible to reach it by car, much less park nearby, you have to travel about 400/500 meters of the ancient village... cured meats ok.. cheeses ok, shame about the onion jam and honey which were in very small quantities! The not exactly free pizza, €22, is nothing special, on the contrary... the first one at €23/24 wasn't bad, but the flavor of the butter stood out too much and that of the truffle less so, lacking a note of freshness, which I highly recommend to the chef to revisit. For the rest reception ok.

29/04/2024: We had dinner in this magnificent "wellness center" (as defined by the very nice owner), two days ago in 9 people in conjunction with the Federicus event in Altamura. We went here, directly from Taranto, following excellent reviews from friends and I confirm the latter for everything. We enjoyed some excellent appetizers and special tongs + a nice fried fish in the center to finish with the tasting of desserts that were a little better than the others! Menu absent, but kindly presented by the waitress. Very fast with the service, despite having many seats. Presence of tables both inside, very elegant and comfortable, and outside among the greenery. Presence of external parking, convenient as the restaurant is outside the walls of Altamura. I absolutely recommend this restaurant!!!

12/02/2024: The panzerotti are good, but the prices are too high. Every time you sit in the room you are filled with strong frying smells. There are clothes, coats etc. that cannot be washed frequently and easily. This is a big deficit of this business.

30/01/2024: Tutto ciò che ti aspetti ,ovvero non ti aspetti in un panificio…..c’è! Una cialda fredda opulenta e saporitissima, antipastini a volontà e la parmigiana di melanzane. E poi sua maestà: …..La Brasciola!( con ragù rigorosamente). Il tutto accompagnato da pani Altamurani di varia foggia e sapore. Superfluo ma necessario dire, tutti di qualità e lievitazione eccezionale. Grande Cannito in sostanza. Dino Patrassi & family.

29/01/2024: Noi abbiamo visitato il negozio di Via Bari. La migliore accoglienza ad Altamura, il Personale è gentilissimo e ti guida nell'assaggio degli ottimi prodotti. Sinceramente non saprei indicare il punto forte, abbiamo gradito tutto, dai piatti cucinati al pane, dalle focacce ai dolci. Memorabile il rafaiolo, senz'altro al primo posto tra i vari che abbiamo assaggiato. Consigliamo senza dubbi una visita.

09/03/2024: Beautiful farmhouse where you can spend a wonderful Sunday with family or friends. We have also celebrated some important events in this context and we have never been disappointed. Massimiliano, the owner, is an attentive, competent and very kind person. Super recommended!

I would go back, only if these critical issues were eliminated. It's a shame because the quality and variety of food are positive.
