24/03/2024: None other than the Michelin guide is inconvenienced. I read articles by Luciano Pignataro. It seems like an unmissable experience. And we, who have Salento in our blood, rejoice and go. How sad. A pantomime of I don't know what... halfway between a festival and a fourth-rate restaurant. Obviously the move from the definitely fake bros Michelin star, cancelled... at least.

23/03/2024: Esperienza inquietante...pensavo di essere su scherzi a parte. Cibo pessimo, da sagra di quart'ordine. Personale incompetente. Un furto. E pensare che volevo andare a farmi derubare anche dalla sicuramente fintissima stella michelin di Bros.....da evitare entrambi , Roots e Bros.

17/12/2023: 12.17.2023, I was on a trip to Scorano for the illuminations, bringing a group of 36 people for lunch, previously agreed menu price of 25.00 euros, starter, choice between two first courses and one second course. As a favor, telling me when paying, he gave me wine and water, Starter and first course nothing to say, second course was cold. The coffee at the bar and an extra bottle of coke were paid for 4.00 euros. I would have expected it to at least offer coffees. Unlike other places, where you have the culture of tourism, you don't have to pay for coffee and bitters and a coke as an extra.
