25/02/2024: In the village of Nuchis there is this very small, very welcoming tavern. When you enter you notice the wine list on the blackboard as well as the menu, both handwritten. Simple dishes of the Gallura tradition. Recommended dishes: Mazza frissa, roasted cheese and fried antunna. First courses: casarecce, Sardinian sausage, porcini mushrooms and pumpkin cream. Desserts: chocolate and honey liccariti and cold chocolate heart. Excellent family service as well as the warm and welcoming environment

19/03/2024: Passing through Tempio, we stopped, on advice, at this place. Already at the entrance they were very welcoming, the place is very well furnished, you immediately feel at ease. Then the dishes, excellently cooked, really tasty. The owner supported us very well in the choice. To return.

Chi va in Sardegna deve passare di qua almeno una volta …….. poi capita come a me che è già la terza volta che vado. COMPLIMANTI

31/03/2024: Un posto autentico, dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio, cucina casareccia e tipica, sapori veri di prodotti locali, personale gentilissimo e vista mozzafiato, prezzi onesti, consigliatissimo.

15/03/2024: After a few years, passing through Tempio, I thought of going to eat in this restaurant where I have always had a great time, aware that after a long time I could find important changes. But no, I found the same person welcoming me, with the friendliness for which he stood out when I met him, the same excellent service, and always the same excellent food. Nothing has changed, I ate very well, the first course was excellent and the seadas spectacular. I paid the right price and it is my point of reference when I am in the area for work and beyond. Five stars deserved!

05/02/2024: We ate in peace, in a family environment, no fuss, it's like going to grandma's house to eat, you feel at home. Calamari exquisite, the carbonara top, there's a bit of a wait but it's worth it.

24/03/2024: Remote place in a beautiful place. Everything was excellent: from the pleasant and well-kept environment to the knowledgeable and helpful staff, to the well-prepared and well-presented traditional foods, to the excellent wine. If I really had to find a flaw in my opinion in the menu I would add a few more Piedmontese dishes. Removing the fish if necessary.

19/03/2024: Romantic dinner in a beautiful location, good dishes even if not all of them won me over, impeccable service, kind and never intrusive, excellent choice of wines. We will return and I would recommend it.

16/01/2024: Fascinating and comfortable, the acoustics of the music are very pleasant, not to mention the seats and chairs of great value for everyone, only 24 seats but I think that the choice of the staff is focused on quality, Illy Caffè of great value and fresh , wide choice of liqueurs and drinks of all kinds, simple but good sandwiches. There is no access for disabled people in the bathrooms, even the entrance limits access to disabled people but it is a very old historic building. Throughout the bar you can breathe the air of the De Andrè family, Fabrizio and Cristiano first and foremost... with flying colors one of the best of Tempio Pausania

03/11/2023: A pretty bar/cafe with a preserved arch in the middle and walls on one side, which gives the whole room a cozy atmosphere and invites you to linger. I also really liked the pretty, tasteful autumn decorations on the tables and the arch. A little unsure, I entered the room alone as a woman and was immediately greeted in a very friendly and supportive manner. The staff are all on their toes, very friendly, hardworking and helpful. I'm happy to take the 45-minute drive to enjoy a meal there in a very pleasant atmosphere.

24/12/2023: Quick and delicious meals. Popular prices. I recommend the "menu of the day" for only 15.00 euros, first courses, second courses and water. Incredible. I recommend booking given the limited availability of places.

13/02/2024: Dinner with friends, we ate fried mazza, frattau bread, stewed lamb, horse meat with vegetables, sausage and potatoes. Various desserts. Excellent service, even though it was full. We must return to try other dishes.

05/12/2023: Finally a restaurant of Sardinian quality and authenticity. Large choice of traditional dishes served with great kindness and friendliness. The Gallura soup is absolutely worth trying.
