30/12/2023: Mandatory stop every time I set foot in my beloved Ragusa. An excellent pastry shop managed in an "exquisite" way Andrea is a very good pastry chef; whether you want mignon with the most varied flavors or elegant, elaborate and tasty cakes, it always manages to satisfy everyone's tastes (and needs). The Andrea cake or pistachio and caramel cake and the Estate cake with Chantilly cream, pineapple and passion fruit are absolutely worth tasting. The cafeteria part is also excellent. The coffee cream and bubble tea are tasty. The selection of savory dishes is also very tasty. The savory croissants and arancini are delicious During the Christmas period, the gingerbread biscuits and, above all, the exquisite panettone, packaged down to the smallest detail, are worth tasting. We tried 3 flavors of panettone, Pistachio and Chocolate, which were truly delicious... But the success of the Exotic panettone was off the charts. Opened and finished in one meal. Highly recommended

17/03/2024: Immerso all’interno del giardino ibleo, nell’incantevole Ragusa Ibla. Ristorante favoloso, accogliente e con un’atmosfera musicale raffinata. Piatti deliziosi dall’antipasto al dolce. Una caponata di pesce sublime. Degli spaghetti con bottarga e lime squisiti e per concludere la torta dei frati accompagnata con il gelato alla vaniglia ed una panna cotta indimenticabile. Ritorneremo!

22/03/2024: I entered this trattoria and pizzeria for dinner as it had been indicated to me as a renowned place open that evening. Beautiful and characteristic location, very clean. Sociable staff with an appropriate attitude. Food suited to the tastes of the four of us at the table and at a reasonable price. The owner highlighted an appreciated friendliness by also making us visit the terrace of the building where it is possible to have meals while admiring Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla. Show not to be missed.

07/02/2024: We so enjoyed our meal tonight at Semplice. This is not just dinner, it’s a whole experience! Elena and her staff were friendly, caring and attentive. We had a 6 course lesson in the classic food of Ragusa. The meal told a story. Elena guided us along the way!! Everything was delicious and we had a wonderful night! If you are on Ragusa, go experience Semplice!!!

02/01/2024: I attended the New Year's Eve party at Chez Mama by booking a table with friends. We had a table of around 15 people and they didn't even give us a sparkling wine to toast at midnight. They told us there was a cloakroom but they didn't tell us where. After a while I found it next to the bathroom. The bathroom, a big flaw of this place. There is only one available for each gender and with so many people I was in line for over 15 minutes. The cocktails were pretty good, the music so-so.

08/11/2023: I highly recommend the owner to completely eliminate the kitchen and restaurant service because it is not up to meeting expectations. The location is very beautiful, the two dance floors are well done but the two cocktail counters are poorly organized and the service is literally suffocated, both by the lack of staff and in its distribution. One horrible scene was the nauseating smell of the vinegar that the waiters used to polish the glasses inside the dance floor! Imagine the scene. Rare.

20/11/2023: The location is nice, the pizza decent, the service very slow, but the bad thing is the table set without cloth tablecloth, it seemed a bit like a sandwich shop given the whole context

29/10/2023: Siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso attratti dalla collocazione in riva al mare. Servizio eccellente e cortese. Ho mangiato la caponata più buona di sempre. Pesce freschissimo e pasta con le sarde strepitosa. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

25/10/2023: Take-away pizzeria but it is convenient to stop and eat pizza on site for a quick dinner. Excellent pizza, warm welcome.

20/02/2024: I gave this only one star simply because Google said that it was open and that I walked 20 mins to get there only to find that it was closed. Who's fault is that, the owner or Google?
