06/04/2024: It's called a pizzeria, but only the BETTER PINSA is available! Public parking is a few meters away and is free. Despite the late hour, the shop was very full, but we only had to wait a few minutes until a table was provided. You can also take various varieties or pieces from the display for the price per kilo. However, the four of us decided to eat it on site. Coperto is included and fair at €1.50. Map is clear and also in English. Pinsa is available as Rosso (with tomato sauce) and as Bianco (without). We had the Fritto Mista together with number 2 (Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella) as a starter, as well as 5 different pinsa. Everything was delivered quickly, despite the high capacity utilization. Cola was in 0.33 cans and lemon was also available upon request. Conclusion: Absolutely delicious and clear recommendation! The price is also totally reasonable. Definitely a must try ;)

03/04/2024: One of the best “pins” around! Super tasty and super nice staff! A big advantage: here you have the Cola in glass bottles or cans. The staff is very attentive and very nice! There were four of us and we ordered a Pinsa after 2 antipasti plates and one Pinsa each - the waiter thought very carefully and served it directly on a platter instead of a plate and pre-cut it. That's service! The waitress was also very on the ball, super fast and very accommodating, even though there was a birthday party being celebrated at the table next door! The kitchen is open and you can look inside - very clean! The staff work with heart and you can taste it! The toilets are very clean and there are enough of them. If you are wondering how the tap is operated, here is a picture so you don't have to search for long 😄 There are two pedals that you have to press 😅 This is not only hygienic but also very creative! By the way, there are enough parking spaces and they are free. The place is typically Italian and nice and loud. You feel like you're staying with Italian friends. Very pleasant. The Coperto costs 1.50 euros here and the prices are all super fair! 9 euros for such a big Pinsa is awesome! In short: Anyone visiting Tuscany should definitely make a detour to this inconspicuous restaurant. We will be back definitely!

01/11/2023: My long-time friend, Ilaria, a Milanese architect, is the competent and knowledgeable host of this jewel set in a special place, born 4 years ago. Finally today I managed to keep my promise to come and visit her, with mutual joy. If you pass by here, stop, taste one of the magnificent wines chosen one by one by her, ask her to recommend a pairing, and remember that life is beautiful. The internal cave is not to be missed.

13/02/2024: Low quality french fries. We found some pieces of bone inside a hamburger. I asked for some BBQ sauce and they brought me ketchup. Nice environment.

29/01/2024: The prices seem a little high to me!! Since it is also located in a closed place and I wouldn't say panoramic unfortunately! Then the place hasn't been renovated for years unfortunately... But I find it well recommended!

04/04/2024: We went on Holy Thursday, as their specialty is seafood. Impeccable and very fresh raw. First courses balanced by sweetness and flavour. Desserts much improved and well presented. A mention goes to the wide selection of wines by the glass. Their strong point since they are wine agents Unique and very well looked after place. For us, the best and most complete in Sinalunga

04/01/2024: Simple place but with attention to detail... at the entrance there is a very elegant Christmas tree. Very welcoming and clean. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. Exquisite food, generous portions and honest prices. We ate the mixed bruschetta and the highly recommended JUSTLY donzelle with raw ham... divine!!! Pici with Chianina ragù and sliced ​​with lard.
