17/03/2024: We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The hotel is located directly on the slopes. The view is simply stunning from every place. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast, dinner with several courses, absolutely top. 5 stars for the kitchen! It couldn't be better. Wellness area is beautiful. Thanks to the entire team for the relaxing week.

12/03/2024: We have been going on ski holidays on the Seiser Alm for many years and always spend a week at the Hotel Santner. This is located directly on the ski slopes and is therefore easy and quick for us to reach. The hotel is always kept up to date by the Gabloner family Every year we find something new that makes our stay more pleasant. We feel at home here and are treated to regional delicacies around the clock. The chef and his team come up with new creations for their guests every day, which are always a special experience and pleasure for our palate. The service is top. The entire staff, from reception to room service, SPA, waiters, caretakers, etc., is always very friendly, attentive and courteous. We are already looking forward to the next ski holiday in 2025 at the Hotel Santner on the Seiser Alm Kind regards Thomas family

15/02/2024: Mega family hotel! The rooms are beautifully decorated, very good attentvollle housekeeping. It is a family owned hotel and you notice that in everything. Sandra and her brothers are so involved and together with their team they do everything to make your stay incredible. The food is fantastic, from the delicious breakfast in the morning, cakes in the afternoon and half board in the evening. The wellness is enjoyable. The kids love it. We also enjoy the adults only sauna area. The location is very good. Within about 10 minutes you are at the slopes We will definitely come back. We want to thank Sandra, rest of the family and the whole team for our fantastic stay. We see you next year ❤️!

21/03/2024: Notice to all waiters in Italy as the season is about to begin. I would like to warn hotel staff throughout Italy of the danger of this restaurant. It's not a great working environment. They have an extremely hard time finding staff. The cook ran away after a few days while they found no staff in the room. The waiters from the last season don't want to come back. The food for the staff is typical of a refugee camp and the working hours are long. It starts at 9.00 until 16.00 then from 17.30 until 1 after midnight. The accommodation is like a dormitory every 3 people sleep in one room and there is only one bathroom without windows for about 7-8 people. The kitchen is dirty and nothing works. All these things are not said during the interview. Indeed, Goran the director (he addresses people without calling them by name but by crushing their fingers) fills you with dreams and false expectations. If they call you, don't leave, you risk having a wasted trip

21/03/2024: The Virgiler Hof is the perfect hotel for connoisseurs who are looking for South Tyrolean flair near the Seiser Alm. Two points exceeded all expectations: the food and the spa area. With half board there is a 5-course gourmet menu every day, which is second to none. I don't know of any other hotel that offers such high quality and delicious food - here you are absolutely pampered and it far exceeds my expectations. The spa area was really well designed and offers plenty of space for all guests (I think every hotel guest has a bed in the relaxation room), so you can relax really well in the spa area. In addition, the staff is very friendly and always helpful, the rooms (as of March '24) appear to have been recently renovated and are absolutely clean, and a good bus connection takes you quickly to Siusi/Seiser Alm lift. Points for improvement are rare, if at all I think the mini-bar prices are overpriced: 5€ for a small pack of Pringles at the price for the night is not necessary in my opinion, so I would increase the price by a few euros and add the minibar Include price. But that's just a small thing. Overall, I can absolutely recommend the hotel and we can definitely imagine coming back again - we are really thrilled!

20/03/2024: The stay at the Vigilerhof was beyond my best expectations. A hotel where you unplug from everyday life. Immersed in the nature of the Siusi Alps it offers extraordinary emotions. The rooms are modern and equipped with every comfort, it feels like being at home. The cuisine offers unique sensory experiences by offering traditional Trentino dishes created by a starred chef. The courteous and attentive staff make you feel pampered and in harmony with the mountain. The owners, highly trained in the tourism sector, are welcoming and kind, ready to satisfy the guest's every need. Congratulations to all the staff.

23/03/2024: I loved! Cleaning 10! Friendliness 10! Vito 10! The hotel has a beautiful Spa with sauna, Turkish bath, and more relaxation area, in the evening they offer a show in the sauna with the towel swing, indoor and outdoor swimming pool with hot and a small outdoor pool with freezing water to dive in after the sauna. Fitness room. The breakfast is of excellent quality, there is a beautiful buffet and it really offers a nice variety of food between sweet and savory. At dinner in the restaurant, the waiters are very helpful. The pitti were very good as well as a nice reservation. Highly recommended
