26/03/2024: Very comfortable and small cafe. But there was a case where they did ask "do you want wiped creme" we said of course and at the end they did get for every single portion of wiped creme 50ct so ask them how much does the wiped creme cost!
07/01/2024: The cafe was closed, most likely because of Sunday... but ☝️ these nice people left the toilet open for people... warm, clean, with toilet paper, soap and even a table for changing a baby!!!

29/12/2023: Un hotel di grande fascino, ricorda i tempi dell‘Orient Express, incluso l’abbigliamento del personale, veramente un salto in un mondo magico. Ci siamo recati per una cena di lavoro, ed è stato tutto perfetto. Servizio impeccabile, attento e cortese. Una cucina ottima e sorprendente, con piatti curatissimi. Gentilissimo anche lo chef che è passato tra i tavoli a fine cena. Tornerò sicuramente.

23/12/2023: Bestimmt ein nettes Hotel, aber die Angestellten drängen mit dem Firmenfahrzeug im Ausland einen von der Fahrbahn ab. Sowas nenne ich gute Werbung für Ihr Haus!

30/03/2024: We booked a 4 day stay, but left after the first evening. The structure is dated but aesthetically nice and typical of the area. The problem lies in the extremely strong odors of smoke and food, now present on curtains and carpets. We slept with this persistent smell and had to immediately wash our clothing as soon as we left. Cuisine not exceptional and hygiene measures not respected.

02/11/2023: We had a great time on the llama/alpaca trekking tour! Although they are not cuddly toys, it was great for adults to spend time with them too. Animals are well behaved and the staff are also very friendly. Would come back at any time!

29/01/2024: It was an unforgettable experience and even though more than half a year has passed, the feelings are still strong and that's why I decided to write feedback, and normally I don't like to leave negative criticism.
This apartment is the worst I´ve stayed among in my life, and it´s really pity because geographically, functionally and economically this facility is not bad at all.
But the owner´s lack of education and aloofness were enough to ruin the memories of my vacation with the families who came from far away.
Loud music and karaoke until almost midnight, yelling because I had closed the door, forcing the guest to check out the next day...
The owner never changed his attitude even without alcohol and without the Friday night friends, and gave us a written notice "check-out 10:00," a threat.
Again, this apartment is not bad at all, but it is ethically unfair to future clients in case they receive a similar experience to mine.

04/01/2024: Il locale si presenta all'esterno come un luogo elegante; anche dentro la sala è enorme e bella, avrebbe grandi potenzialità. Ma ogni volta che sono andata mi sono trovata in una situazione di sporcizia, scarsa professionalità e cortesia, attese lunghe per fare un ordine anche quando i clienti non erano molti.
Sconsiglio di guardare in terra: è una distesa di briciole, tovagliolini sporchi lasciati giacere, brandelli di torta, tappi di bottiglia che non vengono raccolti, cartacce varie. Sconsiglio di guardare i tavoli, macchiati e pieni di briciole o di tazze sporche che nessuno toglie; peggio ancora se butti un occhio al piede di certi tavoli con colate di... panna? cappuccino? che nessuno pulisce da millenni.
Servizio caotico, lento, rozzo (ad es. non sanno che per fare un thè si porta l'acqua calda e lo scatolino delle bustine che il cliente sceglie... e magari si dà anche lo zucchero?); impressione è di scarsa igiene anche nel servizio.
Che dire del "congedo"? I cassieri degli autogrill al momento del conto ti salutano con maggior cordialità.

09/02/2024: Quando saliamo su in funivia al Renon, con il trenino, raggiungiamo Collalbo.
Da tre anni per pranzo veniamo sempre qui. Assolutamente da provare se ancora non lo avete fatto!. Tutte le pietanze sono ottime!! Lo chef in cucina è bravissimo così come la moglie in sala. Il tris di canederli sono i più buoni che abbia mai gustato!!

È un peccato pensare di "approfittare" dei clienti pensando che siano solo turisti disposti a pagare qualsiasi cifra, per quanto spropositata. Oltre al fatto che un caffè al bar lo prendono anche i residenti (come noi), i prezzi dovrebbero essere regolati. Per tutti.

Oggi tagliatelle fatte a mano di pino mugo e ragù di cervo buonissime e la trota nostrana sempre buona con verdure in padella e una wiener Schnitzel di maiale ottima e per concludere due grappe della casa !Consigliatissimo! A presto!

25/10/2023: Sehr nette Bedienung, es war möglich schnell Pizza zum mitnehmen zu bestellen und uns während der Wartezeit hinzusetzen und etwas zu trinken. Sehr leckere Pizza, sehr guter Wein, zuvorkommender Service-wir werden wieder hingehen!
10/09/2023: Schlechteste Qualität. Touristen Falle. Nicht zu empfehlen. Pessima qualità. Solo per turisti che non sanno dove pranzare.
