02/03/2024: Small restaurant in Poggio Mirteto was a pleasant surprise, excellent food and pleasant and professional owner, very good fish menu, I highly recommend a visit. Returned today for lunch with my son and his girlfriend, we ate a fish-based menu which fully met our expectations. Heartfelt compliments to the chef and the owner who is always attentive to customer needs. Well done, I will be happy to praise your place.

07/04/2024: Lunch with friends and restaurant chosen by looking at the reviews. I must say excellent choice! Everything good from starter to dessert and correct price. Only note, the house wine... is rubbish.

06/05/2024: Before, I often went to eat at the pergola, then I returned on Saturday 27 April for lunch and saw that unfortunately we no longer eat as we used to. Besides the fact that they tried to cheat me on the meat brought to the table!! I ordered an Angus T-bone for my son and the waiter told me it had to be at least 500g. the t-bone, gymnastic that was fine and I wanted it rare. He brings me a medium rare rib eye and so I send it back asking for explanations, he comes back with a Chianina T-Bone telling me that the minimum weight was 1kg. So I point out to him that it wasn't black angus but Chianina and ask him to bring me the angus. In the end he brought me the same rib as before only more cooked and then I understood that they are not serious and it was useless to continue asking. I left the meat on the plate, waited for my other guests to finish eating and asked for the bill. Surprise surprise they put the steak on my bill and without even adding the weight they made me pay 82 euros for a meat that I hadn't asked for and that we didn't even eat because it was overcooked!! Truly a total disappointment

03/04/2024: Cozy and warm restaurant in Stimigliano. Typical and homemade dishes, very tasty and well cooked. Excellent pizzerelli and grilled meat which is cooked in the huge fireplace in the room. Nice and friendly service although a little slow.

03/04/2024: I brought the whole family on Easter day... good starters and first courses, fried so-so, they passed off the porchetta as roast suckling pig! I wasn't very happy...

10/05/2024: A very welcoming place, with attention to layout, cleanliness and management. The staff is always present without being intrusive. The view is wonderful, recommended at any time of the year. The food is of excellent quality, homemade pasta, homemade desserts, genuine and healthy products.

10/03/2024: I find the place welcoming and calm, the service is slow but the staff is friendly and kind. As for the food, it is good and of good quality. I gave it 4 stars although I would have liked to be able to give it 3.5 for the service which really makes you want to not to eat due to the slowness, I hope these criticisms will be taken into consideration, also because it is a restaurant to be envied. 02/04/2024: Cozy and with good food. The owners are incredibly kind and have a particular sensitivity towards children and people with celiac disease. Freshly prepared dishes, quality ingredients. An excellent restaurant to stop during a trip, it feels like taking a dive into the past because the furnishings are a little dated, but this does not affect the quality of the food. We will definitely return if we are passing through this stretch of the A1 (also because it is not far from the Magliano Sabina toll booth).

30/03/2024: The inn is delicious, clean and welcoming, the food is excellent, local and cooked super well, light and appetising!!!! I usually never drink the "house" wine, in this case a fantastic red!! Super honest prices, good desserts, we will return more calmly to taste the second courses ❤️
