17/03/2024: Beyond the undoubtedly impressive location with built-in waterfall, everything is truly remarkable and above all COHERENT. The environment conveys a "zen sensation" which is found in every other element: from the food with evident oriental influences (really interesting, tasty and deliciously well plated) to the service (attentive, discreet and fast). It was wonderful to be able to see the chef at work with his team: silent, concentrated and very efficient. The dinner was an infinite indulgence from the mouse bouche to the dessert and the value for money was decidedly good. It's certainly worth it.

Typical Japanese cuisine, of the highest level, with truly tasty and exciting dishes, very fresh raw materials. Vintage and refined setting, and excellent service. I recommend letting yourself be guided by the chef's proposals, they are a real culinary journey, an explosion of flavours, and if you are not an expert, let yourself be carried away by the sake tasting, the sommeliers are highly trained, a special note to Mr. Paolo, I it opened a world. A truly special place, perfect for a romantic occasion or dinner. Well done!!!
