16/02/2024: Fabio Stivali il Titolare ha letteralmente inventato una ristorazione a base esclusivamente dei Suoi Prodotti Artigianali e di Qualità (che sono utillati anche da molti Chef - anche famosi e Stellati). Per esempio il famoso Limone Locale Trombolotto (Molito poi con Olio, Erbe e Spezie) con il quale Condisce alcuni suoi Piatti. Come Antipasti prendiamo Bruschette al Pomodoro e Trombolotto, Polentina con Broccoletti e Alicette all'aceto di Visciole e dei particolari e Sfiziosi Carciofi fritti (senza Pastella) alla Lucrezia Borgia. A seguire Tagliolini al Trombolotto e bottarga e Tagliatelle ai Funghi Porcini al Trombolotto e Bottarga. Ottimi. Proseguiamo il Percorso con Scottona con Melanzane e Visciole e degli Eccellenti Funghi Porcini italiani in Padella. Piatti finiti con un "Giro" di Aceto di Visciole. Per finire un Cannolo con Ricotta e Visciole. Con Acqua, un Bellone del Lazio e due Caffè € 120 per due Persone. Consiglierei di aggiungere almeno un secondo Vegetariano o di Pesce e una Carta dei Vini da leggere anche se

02/02/2024: Un vero e proprio diamante in pieno centro storico a Sermoneta. Il titolare ci accoglie con estrema cortesia e ci presenta i prodotti di sua produzione con tale passione che sarebbe impossibile non innamorarsene. Ci presenta un antipastino misto di polenta, bruschette al Trombolotto, e i carciofi fritti. Dopodiché manteca i tagliolini alla carbonara di mare di fronte a noi, eccellenti. Infine un bel filetto con dei funghi porcini, a dir poco ottimi. La zuppa inglese alle visciole, una vera scoperta. Ringrazio il signor Fabio per l’ospitalità ed averci fatto scoprire le gemme del territorio.

06/01/2024: io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante nelle vie storiche di Gaeta e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla qualità del pesce e dalla competenza del personale molto gentile. Consigliamo la Votapiatto, piatto tipico di Gaeta!!!

23/02/2024: A nice discovery while wandering around the streets of the historic center of Gaeta, in the old area which we found well kept and always characteristic. Excellent food, fantastic roasted octopus, very fresh seafood salad, excellent first courses: gnocchi, beans, mussels and octopus and spaghetti, mussels and clams. The desserts are special, homemade by the young chef. A piece of advice, if I may: I would give the toilet facilities a makeover and take more care of the place, which is already nice in itself.

31/03/2024: A truly speechless experience: the welcome, the service, the location, the wine pairing, the most absurd culinary experience we have ever tried. We tasted the "Alice in Wonderland" menu, and it was pure genius and madness! Extraordinary! A special thanks to Sonia, who with great passion and enthusiasm described each dish and each wine pairing for all the courses.

30/03/2024: One of my favorite places, always. Chef Cotilli's cuisine is intelligent, refined and fun. Attention to an agricultural and marshy territory, but also a lot of imagination and desire to explore. Excellent wines. Precise and welcoming service. We return often because it never disappoints. Absolutely star-studded experience. Exceptional.

31/08/2023: Quando la genuinità dei cibi, la capacità in cucina incontrano anche la simpatia, allora davvero un ristorante è ciò che io cerco e il Bisboccia è, appunto, ciò che io ho cercato e trovato. Si mangia bene si spende in modo adeguato e la locatiion, pur nella sua semplicità, è confortevole e gradevole. Tutto, al Bisboccia, è orientato al cliente e si percepisce continuamente. Bravo Stefano, brava Valentina, brava Chiaretta……… alla prossima estate, un abbraccio da mister camicetta. Ah dimenticavo di dare un consiglio a Stefano: metti i tagliolini al pesto di limone tra i piatti del menù.

06/01/2024: I went for lunch today with 3 other people. Comfortable location, top background music, well presented and above all good dishes. Attentive and friendly staff. Waiting times between one course and another are perfect. Clean and fragrant bathrooms. We were satisfied!
