Abbiamo avuto un problema ma la proprietaria lo ha risolto in modo brillante.

04/04/2024: We had never been before and so we were worried since we booked for Easter lunch but I have to say that we ate well, the staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good.
Even though we aren't from the area, when I happen to pass by I will definitely stop.
Advise!!!

05/04/2024: We were VERY positively surprised by the perfect quality of the food, the service and the ambience inside, on the first floor! Because we had always viewed the restaurant as a "tourist trap", we only came here after 5 years of Easter holidays, on the recommendation of a local. Lovely again!

Very nice setting of course. At the edge of the lake facing the Island.
Impeccable quality of dishes and wines.

02/04/2024: Very unwelcoming food, strange dishes, very small portions, the waiters were super rude, like they wanted to go home. The worst of all was the very ungentle cashier. And the expensive price to go home hungry. The only good thing is the view. I wouldn't go back anyway.

Good products and prices in line with the local average.

02/10/2023: Wir wohnen im gleichnamigen Hotel und haben deshalb dort gegessen.
Personal sehr freundlich, Essen ( wir hatten ein Viergänge Menu für 52 Euro pro Person) war sehr lecker, aber ein Gang weniger hätte auch gereicht.
Das Ambiente ist eher sachlich, vorne am Fenster blickt man auf den See. Einzig die Lautstärke als fast alle Plätze belegt waren, ist schwer auszuhalten. Wir waren etwas genervt davon.
Getoppt wurde das dann von einem deutschen Flegel, der 2 Tische von uns entfernt auf dem Handy irgendeinen Mist über Lautsprecher hörte und sah, vollkommen schmerzfrei und schlechtes Benehmen ( bestimmt fast eine halbe Stunde), leider ist das Personal nicht eingeschritten.

27/09/2023: Hotel albergo in riva al lago, tranquillo e accogliente. Camere pulite, letti confortevoli . Parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'ingresso. Una terrazza sul lago per cenare. Servizio veloce e cortese. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
24/09/2023: Abbiamo pranzato con dei miei parenti venuti apposta da Milano. Io ho chiesto del pesce, mi sono stati portati gli avanzi sbriciolati di un pesce surgelato.
Confessato dalla stessa cameriera.
Costo alto rispetto a quello che abbiamo mangiato.
Che figura!

22/03/2024: The hotel has integrated holiday apartments. That was new for me. The hotel complex is located directly on Lake Maggiore. Even with your own entrance into the lake. In the warm season it is definitely wonderful with the swimming pool and Lake Maggiore. You have a direct view of the lake from the swimming pool. The room is very nicely decorated. The kitchen serves its purpose. You have everything you need to cook. A little more dishes would be good. Check-in is only possible within a small time window. I find that a little inflexible. Since we were there completely out of season, the restaurant was not occupied.
The view from our balcony was a dream.
14/12/2023: Excellent location on the lake, very comfortable room. At the entrance there was an annoying damp smell, perhaps also due to the weather.

02/04/2024: I recently booked at the Il Barcaiolo restaurant in Arona for an aperitif with family and friends, and I must say that I had a really good time.
The price of €16 per person for everything on offer is perfect.
Drinks are extra, but the price is fair.
The restaurant, located in the center of Arona, is beautiful, with walls adorned with vintage photos. There is also a large selection of gins available.
Six people, with aperitif, desserts, a drink each and two bottles of wine, spent €200.
I had a good time and highly recommend this place, especially for the location, the friendliness and kindness of the waiters.
31/03/2024: Nice atmosphere and very kind service. Good and well cooked dishes. The meat is the open kitchen just as the open kitchen is the kitchen itself. The risottos are excellent, the Nebbiolo one with fondue, those alone are already worth an excellent rating. The mixed cold cuts starter is also good.
