27/03/2024: I wanted to celebrate my birthday yesterday, having dinner with my vegetarian girlfriend, starting from Calabria. It's not a joke. We really did it, because we knew what we were going to encounter, having already been there in the past. Location, service, quality and variety of dishes are all top level. And for the occasion, the owner chef of the restaurant, a man of refined and universal competence, came to speak to us at the table. I put him first in Italy, in every season. My 44 years have been amply honored.

19/02/2024: precise that we were here 2 years ago. maybe things have changed now...Presumption is never a positive thing in the kitchen. We arrived with high expectations but unfortunately we were very disappointed. I had: duck ravioli, duck breast with artichokes, fried porcini mushrooms and coconut bavarois. Let's start from the first: the ravioli were very few but never mind, the problem is that they were flavourless; the duck breast good, the artichokes less so but okay, the fried porcini mushrooms inedible. They told us they had fresh porcini mushrooms "arrived today" and they can also be fried. Since I love fried porcini mushrooms I immediately ordered them. a bowl arrived with stems of porcini mushrooms defrosted in the microwave, a drizzle of oil and that was it. Rubbish and I'm gentle, water leaked everywhere. The dessert, coconut Bavarois with lime and pecan reduction. The Bavarois was quite good, the lime reduction was decent, the pecans were not received, they were normal nuts. I won't comment on the second person's menu... Lots of presumption but little substance and little preparation. Definitely to be avoided as a place. Absolutely excessive price.

10/03/2024: Nice place, I was able to taste again a good pinot noir from the "Carlotto" winery which I really appreciate, the service and the walnut and chestnut gnocchi were also excellent

01/04/2024: Excellent food, beautiful place surrounded by nature, everything you eat comes from their farm adjacent to the place where you eat!!! The meat is excellent, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat in contact with nature

The structure, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the delicious food are just some of the aspects that allowed us to live a wonderful experience during the 2023 Christmas holidays. What remains in the heart is the warm atmosphere made possible, not only by the special decorations and two always lit fireplaces, but by Andrei, an excellent organizer and wise manager.

24/11/2023: Pleasant overnight stay, 10 minutes by car from the splendid Cortona, which deserves at least two full days of visit. The restaurant was excellent, both meat and fish (the cod was very rich) and a truly excellent variety of wines by the glass, rosé and especially Syrah above all.

17/03/2024: Osteria all'ingresso del centro storico, da subito mostra il suo approccio sincero: vedi girare padelle che fanno da piatto, ricche dei sughi in cui la pasta è stata condita. Il servizio cortese e soprattutto onesto. Il cibo ottimo.. che chiedere di più? Se dovessi trovarmi a ripassare da Sansepolcro, certamente tornerei da loro: un'esperienza decisamente felice!

31/03/2024: I was there last October while we were at the Equestrian Center in Arezzo, we ate very well at an excellent price, complete with a surprise, organized by my daughter with the dining room staff, of a slice of cake with a candle on top, given that it was my birthday. Very nice rustic atmosphere. If we return to the area, we will happily return.

24/03/2024: We spent over 30 days in Italy in 3 visits and without question, this was my favorite restaurant. Even though English was not spoken here, we enjoyed the food and the staff! I will return one day.
