The atmosphere is welcoming and the waiters are very attentive. Impeccable service and a lot of variety on the menu. Il Galileo is excellent value for money and deserves a visit. 17/02/2024: Oggi siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante di nuovissima gestione, capitati per puro caso, in quanto “dirottati” dalla trattoria Longo ( appartenente alla stessa famiglia). L’ambiente è molto bello e luminoso. Il personale gentilissimo e attento. Abbiamo mangiato un pacchero alla ricciola e uno spaghettone ai gamberi rossi. A seguire, una sontuosa frittura di pesce e due dolci molto buoni ( una crema catalana e una cheesecake). Prodotti eccellenti, cucinati con maestria. Siamo stati coccolati e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Le premesse per questo nuovo ristorante sono eccellenti (Unica piccola cosa da migliorare, il servizio da velocizzare un pochino, ma è una nota soggettiva… ) Insomma, consigliatissimo. In bocca al lupo ai nuovi gestori e… ad maiora!

17/03/2024: I was deeply disappointed by the culinary experience at the seafood restaurant L'OASI. Ordering the seafood risotto, I expected to be transported by an explosion of marine flavours, but instead I found myself floating in a sea of ​​disappointment. The dish was more like a regular risotto than an authentic seafood delight, with so little seafood I could count it on one hand. It is clear that the place relies more on its name than on the quality of the dishes it offers. I can't help but highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and fulfilling dining experience.

03/04/2024: We were desperately looking for a place to eat, and we arrived at this tavern (which by the way was the only one open). The location is not at the top because it is in a fairly narrow alley but the tables match the environment and the music creates a relaxing atmosphere. The food is excellent: fresh and tasty fish, local meat cooked very well and creative but elegant plating. Friendly staff and fast service. Plus the kitchen is exposed and you can see how the dish is made.

02/04/2024: Posto incantevole ,molto rilassante ben curato la titolare ci accoglie con tanta gentilezza ci fa sentire subito a nostro agio molto professionale. I piatti a base di pesce sono molto buoni ,una cucina curata che consiglio vivamente ottimo anche il vino Rosato Stragolia .

02/04/2024: Il posto è molto bello e ben curato e forse proprio per questo ti aspetteresti di più. Ci è dispiaciuto dover constatare che la cucina, al di là della buona presentazione dei piatti, non avesse carattere… il pesce era certamente congelato. Il personale poco professionale, insomma: si può, anzi si deve migliorare!

What we particularly liked: Despite the language barrier (we don't speak Italian), our communication was very pleasant and entertaining. We felt very comfortable. 23/02/2024: Ottimo ristorante situato nello spettacolare Borgo di Caulonia Superiore, non è la prima volta che con amici decidiamo di cenare qui e riescono comunque a sorprenderci sempre e non si smentiscono mai. Cucina di alti livelli, difficile da trovare in queste zone. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente presto

24/09/2023: In a place with very pleasant interiors and a beautiful outdoor garden where you can smell the inebriating smell of jasmine in season, which once played an important role in the economy of the area, chef Migliaccio Spina offers fish cuisine which has simplicity its strong point is the manipulation of the excellent raw material. All courses are offered in a very "clean" way and the flavors are enhanced by the wise but measured use of condiments, herbs and spices. Kind and professional staff, prices in tune with the quality. Remaining essentially unchanged even in the post-pandemic phase (August 2022), in September 2023 a skilful remodulation and enrichment of the menu is confirmed.

31/10/2023: Buono il servizio efficiente e veloce, ma il cibo è da dimenticare praticamente l'antipasto era tutto congelato i primi non sapevano di niente peraltro con la panna unica nota positiva la pinsa, prezzo altissimo in base alla qualità del cibo.
