10/02/2024: Sono un cliente abituale da svariati anni, per mia fortuna. Materie prime eccellenti, sempre fresche e di prima. Personale qualificato, cordiale al punto giusto per un servizio direi impeccabile. Location dalla quale prende il nome lo stesso, meravigliosa luminosa ma al contempo mediterranea e fresca. Lo consiglio per un'esperienza esclusiva a base di pesce. Ottima anche la carta dei veni. Un saluto Alberto.

18/12/2023: Domenica a pranzo ho organizzato un pranzo con amici di Taranto. I miei colleghi ed io siamo rimasti esterrefatti sia per il servizio ( i camerieri sono stati gentili ed impeccabili) che per l'alta dedizione e qualità nel preparare e presentazione delle portate. le portate di antipasto erano perfette. Il Pesce Super Fresco, il primo : cavatelli con gamberi rossi e pescatrice era eccezionale, l'arrosto di pesce sublime. Per non parlare della freschezza e il sapore crudo di pesce (ostriche - noci gambero rosso -scampi - cozze pelose - noci- cozze marinate - tagliatelle) ove ha confermato la qualità e freschezza. Durante il pranzo, noi tutti eravamo immersi nel mare con i suoi profumi. Ed infine il dolce era fantastico. Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff.

14/12/2023: Ottima impressione, ristorante di pesce freschissimo direttamente sul mare. Frutti di mare crudi meravigliosi altrettanto i carpacci. Sublime il spaghettone al gambero rosso.

24/12/2023: Piacevole scoperta di questi ristorante a Bisceglie fronte mare Frutti di mare freschissimi. Primi di mare della tradizione pugliese cucinati con maestria e ottimi ingredienti. Carta dei vieni abbastanza ampia. Alta l'attenzione verso il cliente e la qualità. Prezzi nella norma per un ristorante a base di pesce (p.s non è una pizzeria). Consigliato!!!

13/12/2023: Antipasto non all'altezza delle aspettative (da piangere). primo piatto freddino e senza sapore, pesce nella norma e sic dolce. Prezzo stratosferico per il cibo ordinato. Prezzo esoso. S servizio accettabile

19/03/2024: We stayed at the Hotel Italia with my group and we were very happy with the service and welcome: clean and quiet rooms, tasty dinner and abundant breakfast with the room at our complete disposal! Recommended for a quiet stop and to feel at home!

20/02/2024: A pranzo di domenica con amici, siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti…dagli antipasti, crudi e cucinati, ai primi nonché al dessert. Eccezionale il risotto e il dolce con le mele. Mi moglie ha lasciato un antipasto a causa di un ingrediente che non mangia, la dimostrazione che è un ottimo ristorante sta anche nell’accortezza che hanno avuto a sostituirlo subito con un’altra portata senza che lei dicesse nulla. Sia il proprietario che i ragazzi in sala tutti bravissimi, amichevoli e professionali. Ristorante che merita veramente! Piccola pecca, un po’ più di prontezza nel controllo delle bottiglie mancanti dalla buona carta dei vini.

02/04/2024: Just returned from two days in the splendid Apulian setting. Alas, I find myself fully confirming the not very pleasant experience relating to the Salsello hotel. Let me start by saying that we are talking about a 4 star but perhaps it remained so in the 60s. Today it would perhaps be worth two, perhaps. Very very dated environments. Rooms with furniture that has truly remained stuck in the 70s. Sheets worn by time like the carpet in the various corridors of the hotel. Not to mention cleaning the carpets themselves or the chairs in the breakfast room. Truly unwatchable. See photo. I left with the feeling of a state of abandonment in all environments. The wall structure is in complete collapse as shown in the photos of many customers. Pay attention to safety. But it is possible that in such a position with an extraordinary sea facing the hotel there is not the slightest care for the luxury that this hotel should be. Sin. The breakfast was then reduced to a minimum with industrial products that have passed over time. Two nights are enough and more for a change of scenery. A real disappointment. Ps. Applause to the couple of neighbors for the night performance, worthy of applause🤣

29/02/2024: Old structure from the 80s, small, dated and not very clean rooms, excellent quality of food but mediocre service, especially due to the waiting times at the restaurant. Good location in front of the sea and 15/20 minutes walk from the center of Bisceglie.

23/01/2024: We celebrated our 18th, everything was perfect, excellent cuisine, attentive, accommodating staff, dishes presented impeccably and above all good, welcoming and well-renovated place, good music, we had fun, excellent value for money

13/12/2023: We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and we were very satisfied, first of all for the location which, due to its size, offers the possibility of decorating and giving space to one's needs. In its simplicity it is a very beautiful and essential room. The staff is very courteous and friendly, it felt like I was at home. Great Leo, very patient and professional person. As for the cuisine, I found it truly impeccable. I will definitely return to celebrate other milestones and anniversaries.

10/03/2024: Mai mangiato pesce tanto orribile. E ci troviamo vicino al mare! Piatti di una miseria assurda, prezzi da ristorante, ma servizio e cibo nemmeno degni di una trattoria. Non ci rivedranno mai più Spero che non vada più nessuno.

01/01/2024: Ristorante turistico sul porto di Trani. Location bella, qualità del cibo meno, specialmente per i piatti di pesce. Una frittura davvero pessima purtroppo: panatura totalmente assente e pesce untissimo. Taglieri e primi piatti nella media.

05/04/2024: There's only one great thing about this restaurant: the location. Mediocre food, very small portions and disproportionate prices. The strascinati seemed to be made with boiled vegetables, without any seafood flavour, they had 4 mussels in number!! Not recommended
