I recommend Fish soup with fish balls.
Prices normal.
Friendly and very hospitable staff
23/03/2024: While passing through Castiglioncello we stopped for dinner. We were thrilled. Refined cuisine but strong flavours. Lovely staff. All truly excellent. Including the quality of the background music.

17/03/2024: It certainly gives you the chance to experience a rather particular environment in an iconic location in the province of Livorno. Well prepared food and menu with different alternatives from both land and sea. My experience there was sufficiently exhaustive but not as exciting as I had heard. Prices in line with location and quality of dishes, well prepared. Gives try and evaluate individually, and draw your own conclusions.
27/02/2024: Location carina, personale molto cortese. Frittura totani e gamberi buonissima, peccato per la pasta alle vongole veraci che era completamente priva di sapore, una pasta all'olio, e i dolci niente di eccezionale. Prezzi come tutti i ristoranti di zona. Nella media.

18/10/2023: Very nice restaurant, with lots of seating, both indoors and outdoors, a stone's throw from the sea and close to the center of Vada. Varied menu and quality products! The Tuscan style pizza, therefore low and crunchy, and the fried food are very good. Always precise and friendly service, ready to satisfy any request.

07/11/2023: Visited over a month ago.
Reservation taken for 9pm. We arrive and are told to hurry because the kitchen and pizzeria are about to close. (They could have told us about their hours when booking...). We order quickly, get ready for 2EURO every time you want to add an ingredient to the pizza. While we finished the pizza they took our plate away, my boyfriend was still chewing the last piece. Not even that. I'm sorry but that's not how it's done. I don't think we will go back again, we spent a lot for 4 pizzas and 4 drinks and the service was not nice at all.

16/03/2024: Contesto elegante e curato adatto sia per una tranquilla serata in famiglia o tra amici, perfetto per una serata a due...menù ricco, i piatti sono un mix perfetto di gusto, innovazione e qualità, ricca carta dei vini, il proprietario e il suo staff con grande professionalità curano i clienti e ogni dettaglio...per noi è diventato un posto del cuore!
24/02/2024: Ristorante vicinissimo al mare, piacevole sia per una cena in coppia che con un gruppetto di amici. Per noi è diventato una piacevole abitudine

04/10/2023: It is a typical and family restaurant, it makes you feel at home. I didn't eat pizza, but their typical cuisine.
I enjoyed the tagliolini and seafood ravioli, a delicacy.
So do the appetizers.
01/10/2023: Today we stop at the LA CONCHIGLIA restaurant in Castiglioncello.
Located in the central Via Fucini where the most famous shops in the town are located.
The service is friendly but a little slow.
Typical Livorno cuisine with excellent fish dishes.
The freshness of the raw material brings out the flavors making them tasty and tasty.
Prices in line with the quality.

01/09/2023: A surprise: excellent food, as is rare in Castiglioncello, attentive, friendly and timely service.
Don't miss the octopus and the tuna steak... delicious.
We stayed there 3 times in 15 days and the excellent impression was always confirmed.
The menus and details of the equipment are also well looked after, which is not always found in beach restaurants.
Super welcome with a delicious hot and freshly made schiaccino cut into strips.
27/08/2023: We took 3 pizzas and a first course. All good, one flaw: the wait! The first double arrived half an hour after ordering and the pizzas, after they took away the first course's plate (about 50 minutes). The waitresses were super friendly but the preparation of the dishes, in my opinion, was too slow.... perfect location (inside the Marradi pine forest with terrace overlooking the sea)

Siamo andati a Castiglioncello per pranzare e cenare da loro. Tanti km. per nulla!!!
14/09/2023: Prima nota di merito all'accoglienza, nonostante fosse la nostra prima volta in questo posto siamo state accolte come se fossimo clienti da una vita; bravi e simpatici!
Il pesce di un'ottima qualità, fresco e cucinato in modo strepitoso.
Inoltre, rapporto qualità prezzo a dir poco ottimo.
Super consigliato! Non potevamo desiderare di meglio.

It's the worst possible food and service you can imagine. I've never ever had food that bad and expensive at the same time in my entire life. The photos on Google are scam.
We got all of our food in takeaway packaging even though we dined in.
Our order consisted of sandwiches and sea brass. We did NOT receive sandwiches but dry bread with canned cherry tomatoes, not even fresh ones, and burrata. For 9 euros!
My friend had a "sandwich" with potatoes and meat that was incredibly dry & dripping of fat. We both suffered stomachaches after eating and my friend even threw up.
The "sea brass" was presented on another plastic plate in paper (???) and as we opened it it looked like a mess. It tasted like fish straight from the freezer with canned tomato sauce. 70% tomato sauce, 30% fish. For 14 euros!
The service was incredibly bad too. After dining, I mentioned to the waitress that we were disappointed to say the least, she came back at me with an aggressive tone that I didn't expect. Instead of apologizing or offering a price drop, she was just mean. (Look at the responses to reviews here, the staff doesn't seem to be really professional.)
All in all, we paid 70 euros for 4 people. I was in shock reading the bill. The food we received wasn't worth a cent.
For your own good, invest the money somewhere else. You'll be better off.

Tutto abbastanza improvvisato
Tre mini piatti e una bevanda ciascuno quasi 70 euro.
Ordini compilando una scheda co elenco piatti disponibili .
Piatti del giorno affissi al muro in due posti diversi.
Porti l'ordine, preparato te li vai a prendere. Porzioni da fame.
Filetto di orata si è no 50 grammi 14 euro...untissima.
Paccheri con frutti di mare con cozza al capello....😫
Spaghettino...ino allo scoglio
Tre birrette e acqua.
Usciti più affamati di prima.
Scappate.... a gambe levate.
