30/04/2024: Lovely meal at the end of a long day’s travel from Nice to Alba. The owner’s brother-in-law was gracious and patient with our English. When he learnt we were visiting to go for a truffle hunt, he offered to add truffle shavings on my risotto at no additional cost. The local white wine was also a refreshing change.
It felt like a real experience in a genuinely authentic Italian restaurant in a quiet suburb.
Bravo!

Apart from this, the positive thing is that at least the water is nice and fresh... I'm sorry for the staff, who were kind and helpful, but I don't think I'll return in the future.

24/04/2024: For a self-service restaurant the food is good (better than in many other restaurants) and the rations are honest. Attentive and fast service. Prices in line with the category. When there are a lot of people the environment is a bit noisy: perhaps adding sound-absorbing materials would be a good choice.

Friendly and nice staff!
Price more than honest, actually low compared to the quality of the food.

03/04/2024: Warm setting, flavors on the plate and a friendly and professional welcome, correct addition. A good address in Alba.
03/04/2024: Very good dishes, helpful and kind staff, wide choice of wines. Prices a little high, but due to the good quality of the products. Personally I tried the meat tartare with black truffle cream, the Castelmagno gnocchi and the bonet.

07/04/2024: I happened to have dinner in this beautiful place by chance, excellent quality food and particular attention from the staff for those like me who suffer from multiple intolerances such as gluten, lactose and salt.
27/03/2024: Pulpo starter is a dream. Other starters and desserts were also really good. Main course prawns unfortunately only 3 pieces, but good. Service very accommodating. Restaurant is recommended. Also great for aperitifs outside. Were there several times.

01/04/2024: Historic place in Alba which over the years has been able to renew itself and welcome customers with constant availability. Attentive and punctual service, quality and varied menu. The only negative note is the reduced pizzas (baby) which have a 10% increase. Definitely worth trying and coming back!
31/03/2024: An excellent pizzeria but with a lot of "chapeau" for the delicious fish dishes.
The pizzas are thin, Neapolitan style and pan-style with a choice of doughs.
The desserts are wonderful, especially the creme brulee, but the mocha is certainly exceptional.
The staff is fast, kind and professional.
Prices normal.
It's also quite easy to find parking.

The place is still the same small but welcoming. Excellent service.
Delicious appetizers, the fried chicken was really well done, crunchy and with a hint of lime accompanied by a sauce that enhanced the flavor. The good Ramen with definitely quality raw materials. I would have preferred less pasta and more seasoning. But those are personal tastes
