25/01/2024: Consigliatissimo....... Adorabile e a dir poco Siamo stati a fare una passeggiata a Locorotondo era molto freddo e ci siamo intrufolati abbastanza presto direi in questa macelleria con fornelli tipici con molta gentilezza ci hanno accolto e fatto sedere poco dopo Premetto che l'orario d'apertura era ben mezz'ora dopo Cmq cibo buonissimo tutto dalla A alla Z Prima di sedersi ci hanno fatto scegliere la carne al banco tutto d'aspetto appetitoso una volta seduti ci hanno descritto contorni e tutto quello che c'era di già cotto ( polpette sugo , trippa verdure , patate ecc.) Eravamo i primi e fuori orario quindi capite l'imbarazzo... che ci hanno fatto passare con poco Insomma cena squisita,accompagnata da vino rosso ben accostato e per concludere un dolce e caffè momento del conto al di sotto di quello che mi aspettavo ben 40€ in meno rispetto alle nostre zone Bravissimi continuate così sarà tappa sicura appena sarò dinuovo in quelle zone Buon lavoro ragazzi siete bravissimi 👏

31/12/2023: Local located right outside the historic center of Locorotondo. The interior is nice and decorated for Christmas, a little small, and the exterior is unfortunately not very usable because the heating mushrooms don't work. We took a platter of cured meats and cheeses, all delicious and of high quality, excellent, plentiful, perfect for dinner and a Hugo spritz and a glass of wine. Excellent value for money. I'll be back!

30/03/2024: Today we visited Locorotondo and decided to go to a restaurant where meat is the flagship of all the dishes! We ate hamburgers and a typical dish of the area: Bombette. The high quality of the meat and the good treatment must be highlighted! And important detail!! They don't have milk for the coffee hahaha!

06/04/2024: Nice location large interior spaces but some things were not right, an interminable time for the orders were a mixture of meat some parts of the dish were lukewarm, also they had forgotten to bring 2 extra courses. The prices are a little high in my humble opinion...

04/04/2024: Together with a group of friends one Sunday morning we decided to go and eat at Braceria Pietranuda, after clearly having booked several days before. The restaurant is located practically a stone's throw from the historic center of Locorotondo, so in periods of heavy tourist influx it may not be easy to find parking. The grill is aesthetically very beautiful: as the name suggests, inside the structure is also made of stone. Very high ceilings, large rooms, the furnishings vary from a more vintage style in the entrance area with the presence, for example, of a beautiful stove, to a more modern style in the rooms, tempered however by the presence of stone which always recalls the rooms once upon a time. We took mixed appetizers to get a little taste of everything, and I must say that we found practically everything good, with portions that were generous. The specialty of the place is clearly meat and we all took a second course of meat and were satisfied. If I wanted to find a flaw I would say that perhaps the desserts were not at the same level as the rest. The choice of wines is good, and if you are in doubt you can always ask the staff. Note of merit goes to the staff, who proved to be very kind, always ready and prepared. Prices are certainly not trattoria-like but the place is not the classic pizzeria, and when you book in certain places you cannot expect to have very low prices.

02/04/2024: Nice bar where you can enjoy snacks or charcuterie boards. Free and easy parking just outside the town 300m towards Alberobello and near the Locorotondo wine cellar.

20/02/2024: It is difficult to find the right words to describe the mystical experience that Gianni and his wife made us live. A lunch that to define as lavish is an understatement: extremely delicious cured meats, handcrafted, porchetta (dreamlike) caciocavallo, bombette, sausages and trotters, livers (memorable), and finally a delicious and succulent rib-eye cut directly at the table. Some of my guests didn't usually eat meat, they even arrived at the end of the (abundant) meal, telling me that they couldn't wait to go back, because the flavors released by the meat and cured meats were authentic and tasty. All washed down obviously with a good sussimaniello, an excellent local wine. Once again a commendable thank you for the kindness of the owners. Until next time, Vincent

29/01/2024: All very good. Without having booked an evening between Christmas and New Year they welcomed us without problems. Excellent meat. Excellent cold cuts. Experience to be redone. Good service.

03/01/2024: Highly recommended!! Never eaten a slice of chicken with stracciatella and chopped cherry tomatoes on top of the meat so good!! I liked it alot. Advise!! Mouth-watering. With a plate of grilled vegetables alongside! Optimal. Very good accompanying bread. Attentive staff and welcoming venue. The steep stairs near the cash register located right on the entrance door to the grill are a bit dangerous, certainly not recommended for disabled people, but the food is very good!

31/03/2024: Very good Pizzeria-Restaurant, I highly recommend Grandma's meatballs which remind you of the old days...The pizza was very good in Neapolitan style. Well I recommend everyone to try this pizzeria-restaurant

Large frame with excellent alveolation, excellent dough. - Stinco: Really sensational, I couldn't ask for anything better. - Tagliata: very tasty, cooked as requested, lots of parmesan and rocket (aside) to taste. - Location: Excellent, with frescoed decorations that add a touch of class. - Staff: Really friendly and helpful. I will return as soon as possible to relive such a pleasant experience!

02/03/2024: We had afternoon coffees and pastries. The pastries were the most delicious we've had on our trip and the presentation was extra special.
