08/03/2024: Excellent experience, excellent food, drinks and service in a lunch event.

14/02/2024: Disappointed... fresh mold on the windows, choice of breakfast to be had the day before on a sheet of paper, lighting from the car park to the rooms is really poor (there is only in front of the farm) therefore the car park is completely dark. Cold room, I had to get a heater because the heating was turned on when we arrived. Almost sleepless night because the central heating fan is really very noisy. None of the staff were present in the structure during the night we spent. Unkept rooms... I expected from a farmhouse to find a search for materials both for the floors and the furniture but instead it seemed to be in a bungalow.

04/04/2024: Small, takeaway place, with seating outside. Focaccia not hot and very different from the classic and ancient one from the bakery.

Average prices and never out of market. Recommended to enjoy a serene atmosphere and to enjoy delicious dishes prepared with love.

18/03/2024: Beautiful place to get yelled at by the deranged server. If you are into humiliation, this is the place for you! Just be sure to ask for a minor change to your drink and they'll dish out the pain! If you are a vanilla type guy/girl who just likes boring old polite service and is scared of more extreme experiences, you might want to stay away.

The bar is taken care of down to the smallest details and details, a stone's throw from Polignano a Mare station 🌊 🌞⛱️ ❤️ 💚. I love pampering myself in the morning with a complete breakfast.

Il Ristorante e B & B Casale de Fornaci ho ritenuto che fosse il migliore propostomi: prezzo medio € 30,00 con sconto del 20 % sul pranzo alla carta. Controllate lo sconto perché non applicano quello pubblicizzato The Fork ma inferiore. L’ho scoperto in ritardo e stando in viaggio. Lo segnalo quale Feedback di scarsa correttezza. Preciso che si è mangiato discretamente.

24/03/2024: Very kind manager and staff. Fantastic raw. First courses (all) rather disappointing. I do not recommend tasting it (in my opinion a little too overpriced) due to the first courses and the missing second course. However I repeat, all the staff were very helpful and quick.

04/04/2024: We had Easter lunch with my wife and, frankly, we will never return! A disproportionate quality/price ratio for what you ate; two starters, two first courses, two desserts and 1/2 bottle. of wine, €170! A first course with sea urchins...but only with the lure of seafood! For a starter of raw seafood (2 scampi, 2 prawns, 1 cut cuttlefish and 1 red mullet tartare), ask for €74, absolutely exorbitant! The generic menu, which shows the cost per piece or per weight, is an expedient to arrive at uncontrollable figures that cannot be taken into account when ordering! Let's not talk about toilets with limited spaces and doors that don't close!

02/04/2024: I went there for lunch alone a few years ago because I was in Polignano for work... premise: excellent quality of food... however... 2 plates of starters, a first course, a fried dish and 2 glasses of wine... for the modest sum of 85 euros!! Judge for yourself 😂😂 at least if you want to fleece someone, do it with tourists, not with people from Bari 😉 simply theft

04/04/2024: The best wine bar we've been to in puliga; brilliant wine and cheese and meat board. Lovely guy serving us who had exceptional knowledge on the wine!

30/03/2024: We loved this hidden gem! We sat for a glass of wine at the counter and ended up staying for 3, chatting with Tomasso. He is great! The cheeses and meats are not to be missed. We had to take some home for ourselves. It’s the local vibe that you should be searching for.
