25/03/2024: The food was ok but nothing special. The chef was incapable of cooking the food such that it all came out at the same time. So, we started with chips, the vegetables and then the main courses. The roast potatoes came about 20 minutes after everything else. Seafood dishes were frozen despite the restaurant being a stone’s throw from the sea. The icing on the cake was when the waiter tried to rip us off, charging us for 2 bottles of wine instead of 2 glasses. He tried to say it was an accident but it clearly wasn’t. Avoid at all costs.

The dishes are traditional but also revisited, excellently prepared and served. The mixed appetizer, the cigars with ricotta, truffle and cardoncelli, the fusilloni with artichokes and the sliced ​​meat are very tasty. The environment is rustic and characteristic, the outside is very welcoming. I recommend booking well in advance.

The vegan burgers are excellent, the fries with the sauces made by them are incredible, the salads excellent, the meat well done, the pizza excellent although I prefer a more double spread. Excellent! ENVIRONMENT: The place is lovely, it looks like a labyrinth, a sort of Escher painting. Very nice. PRICES: I haven't eaten so well at such a price in a long time!

31/03/2024: Simply gorgeous. We went to Borgo Egnazia for a Xmas event. We were greeted by the staff with enthusiasm and zeal. The Xmas markets were tastefully decorated. We could eat anywhere and anything we wanted from hot mulled wine to popcorn and focaccia. The location is of the highest standard and so was the atmosphere.
