I migliori ristorantinella città Martina franca della Taranto

22/02/2024: Ho effettuato (e non è la prima volta) un ordine da asporto. Prima cosa da segnalare la puntualità.. ordine richiesto 20.30 di un sabato sera... ore 20.35 ero in macchina di ritorno a casa...ottimo. Le Arancine.... non servono commenti, vanno solo gustate. Eccellenti e se proprio devo votarne una, quella al pistacchio è FA-VO-LO-SA. Ho assaggiato un nuovo panino, diverso da quelli presi le volte passate (fantastici ovviamente). Questa volta ho assaggiato il 41Bis, e appena scartato ho capito che chi gli ha dato quel nome è semplicemente un genio. Non ci può essere nome più azzeccato. A guardarlo l'ho definito (con un termine che spesso usiamo con gli amici) PORCOSO, e ti aspetti al primo morso, di sentire una valanga di sapori in bocca e capire ben poco di quello che stai mangiando... ma... la sorpresa è stata la consistenza del panino, che nonostante i tanti ingradienti non si sfalda assolutamente (forse grazie alla "colata" di cheddar che lo avvolge interamente?), gli ingredienti sono talmente in equilibrio tra loro che si riescono a distinguere tra loro perfettamente.... non c'è ne' uno che prevarica l'altro. Eccellente. Unica pecca e mi è dispiciuto moltissimo, è sapere che non è più possibile ordinare Arancine senza glutine come già fatto in passato.... un dispiacere enorme per mia figlia. Non so il perchè di questa scelta e mi piacerebbe saperlo. Spero in un ripensamento.

15/02/2024: Superlative quality, I was passing by and stopped by chance attracted by the sign and the queue of people there. He made a sandwich off the menu at my request and it was really fantastic, an explosion of flavors never tried before. I highly recommend it to everyone. The staff and owner were really kind and professional

03/04/2024: Out of every place we've visited during our stay in Puglia this was probably the best. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming and the food was overwhelmingly good. The spaghetti al limone is a must try!

04/02/2024: We came across Villa Bacco by chance...following the advice of a friend....we left satisfied and almost reluctantly. The excellent food is even secondary to the friendliness and kindness of those who looked after us... a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Definitely coming back.

31/03/2024: Masseria Catucci, maximum hospitality, friendliness and kindness. After our arrival, we were greeted impeccably with an excellent freshly ground refreshing coffee. After check-in we went to the room where everything was tidy and very clean, the dinner then, with typical and zero kilometer products, was truly pleasant and worthy of a further visit. Our short holiday did not extend further but we would have liked it not to end, the immersion in nature between trulli and traditional dry stone walls enclosed everything in a suggestive setting to remember.

We book for 8pm, but 5 minutes before the restaurant car park gate is still closed. When it opened, people went crazy when they entered the car first with the risk of arguments and rear-end collisions... Inconceivable.... We sit down, when we order, some tables that came after us pass us by... The reason is that they were acquaintances of the restaurant... So much for the seriousness... Another thing, sitting at the table there was a coming and going of people waiting for take-away pizzas... not the best atmosphere for a dinner... THE rest.... empathetic staff... Pizza without infamy and without praise...
