One of the few left who knows how to use the wood-fired oven perfectly.
As for the ingredients on the pizza, absolute first choice..

05/02/2024: Excellent pizza with light dough, even if the Martinese with capocollo and stracciatella, this last ingredient could be improved, perhaps look for a better stracciatella, the environment should be heated up a little more and perhaps make it nicer, a little too basic

Abbinamenti favolosi e posto accogliente. Super consigliate mezzelune e lasagne al capocollo e pistacchio. Qui si respira proprio aria di casa!

01/04/2024: Modern location, tables at the right distance from each other. Table service with some flaws, but the staff is really very kind. Even though it was a Saturday and almost central time, 9pm, we didn't wait long to receive what we ordered. Really excellent meat, and reasonable prices. Parking can be found in the surrounding streets. I'll be back
31/03/2024: Today we had lunch on Easter day, a welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff, whenever you asked for something they immediately satisfied, tasty meals in short, very satisfying.
