Alfredo, cootitolare del locale insieme alla propria famiglia, è un ottimo pizzaiolo che con la sua esperienza ultra quarantennale sforna ottime pizze per tutti i gusti e per i palati più esigenti. Ottimo il servizio ai tavoli e la pulizia e igiene del locale. Complimenti.
06/12/2023: Quality of the raw material, mozzarella, tomato and flour are the ingredients that make the difference. Unfortunately, not everyone uses 100% milk mozzarella, but the mozzarella preparation which is very different. Here at Payper the taste of pizza is a riot of truly authentic flavours. Seeing is believing.

19/02/2024: Alloggiati in un bb per il bellissimo carnevale di Sciacca, passando per ora di pranzo, locale semplice ma accogliente cibo esposto in bellavista, disponibilissimo il proprietario, tavolini.....accostati per socializzare, ottima la salsiccia e la caponata, fesa di tacchino ecc... Prezzi abbordabili. Consigliato.

18/01/2024: Ho acquistato un panettone al pistacchio buonissimo. Successivamente ho acquistato un panettone classico che aprendolo mostrava difetti di confezionamento e/o schiacciamento. Ho telefonato all'Azienda che mi ha recapitato prontamente e gratuitamente un nuovo e perfetto panettone classico. Buonissimo il panettone ed encomiabile comportamento aziendale/commerciale Bonfissuto. Veramente bravi e professionali. Ottimo prodotto ed ottima Azienda.

A beautiful square opens up in the center of old Favara with this bar dominating the square from above. A temple of Favaro gastronomy made of almonds and pistachios with obsessive attention to the raw material and customer satisfaction. I recommend a stopover to everyone...a very sweet one
19/09/2023: Super location mit der Piazza und den Kirchen. Die Altstadt favara ist besonders. Viele alte und heruntergekommene Häuser aber wunderschön. ORESTE , der Besitzer ist ein guter netter Mensch. Preis Leistung stimmt überein. Für wenig Geld aber viel Freude bekommt man was man will. Das Eis und das brioche Eis ein muss . Die sicilian cannoli ebenso. Ich empfehle das cafe jedem.

14/02/2024: Discovered by chance during my road trip to Sicily. After an intense morning at the Valle dei Tempi I was lucky enough to find this gastronomic paradise in the heart of Aragon. At Emiliano's I have to admit that it was one of the best lasagnas I've ever tried. Not to mention the rabbit hunter style and the tasty and delicate panelle.
I can't wait to go back!!!
