08/03/2024: Tenuta di Cavalieri is amazing! The place is warm, calm, and well-managed, with a variety of good breakfast options. It’s a nice family business with a beautiful Toscane architecture. It was warm inside we didn’t even have the need to turn on the air conditioner, it's cozy inside. If you love cats, there are cute ones around. The natural surroundings are breathtaking. I strongly recommend it! Thanks to the owner, his son, and the friendly woman we met in the morning. ( when we went there we took the bus and got off at the wrong stop, but the owner kindly picked us up in his car ( it was super helpful and kind, thanks) and when we left the hotel, he even dropped us at the train station for free)

13/03/2024: Pleasant surprise. Very different pizza compared to that of the previous management, in my opinion much better. Tasty and consistent dough (but not gummy), quality ingredients, tasty and well balanced. The cooking perhaps needs to be adjusted because, even if the consistency was excellent, unfortunately the pizza underneath was a little burnt (not so much burnt that it couldn't be eaten, but still the bitterness of the burnt food was noticeable and ruined the taste a little). party). 09/11/2023: Esperienza bellissima, torneremo sicuramente. Il servizio è stato ottimo, veloce e soprattutto estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il luogo è curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. Il cibo veramente buonissimo, abbiamo preso uno spaghetto alle vongole e i tagliolini all'astice, entrambi perfetti. Come secondo, dopo aver visionato il pesce pescato del giorno (vengono con un vassoio per farti scegliere il pesce che poi ti prepareranno, valutando anche quanto si vuole mangiare), abbiamo scelto un rombo all'ascolana, impeccabile. Anche i dolci sono stati molto soddisfacenti.
