05/04/2024: Best Indian restaurant in Pisa! A little isolated from the city center, it allows you to immerse yourself in a familiar and comfortable environment surrounded by the flavors and aromas of their exceptional dishes. The strong and decisive flavors are unique and can be forwarded to other Indian restaurants in the city, even a simple chicken curry prepared by them becomes a masterpiece. Furthermore, the kindness and helpfulness of the owners make the experience truly pleasant. Plus it's hard to find a place with such affordable prices and it certainly wouldn't have the same quality. The dishes that I recommend most are Chicken Curry accompanied by white rice, Dal Makhani (black lentils), Palak Paneer (spinach and cheese) and obviously the inevitable Nan (a sort of Indian focaccia)

31/03/2024: Nice place, very friendly staff and very nice owner. Good food even if perhaps some things are frozen and are not indicated on the menu, such as the white rabbit ragout. Other than that I would go back.

07/04/2024: Not bad food with a certain variety, generous portions, decent wine, free water, home-made desserts :) It's just a shame that they take down the shutters at 10pm... it would be excellent as a place for late dinners.

04/04/2024: A unique restaurant in which although we have to collect the dishes we ordered and "set the table", everything is done in a super friendly way and the food more than justifies this little extra effort. Very very good.

11/02/2024: In a historic street of Pisa Artilafo manages to combine an apparent contradiction by offering a refined and familiar environment. Booking is necessary because places are limited. 4 of us had dinner with various combinations of starters, first courses and desserts. Photos are useless, it's better to try it live with Bruno's advice and the smiles and kindness of the staff.

03/04/2024: It is certainly not the most modern or beautiful restaurant in Pisa, but it offers good food at a fair price. Close to the station and outside the most touristic circuit of the city, the staff are attentive and pleasant.

16/03/2024: Siamo stati un paio di volte in questo locale durante la nostra vacanza, un posto dove si mangia bene senza grosse perdite di tempo e pagando il giusto. Siamo stati accolti da Federica, una persona molto dinamica, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo mangiato bene, sia piatti veloci che piatti un po’ più impegnativi. Sono attenti anche ai bambini. Consiglio questo posto sia per la qualità degli ingredienti sia per il servizio, preciso e veloce.

06/04/2024: Exactly one of those places that is wonderful to discover when you are visiting Pisa. Authentic (non-touristy) tavern, beautiful and enjoyable dishes and splendid service. I was there for lunch: I tried the tagliatelline with pioppini, excellent, and the selection of Tuscan cheeses, very spot on. Honorable mention to the off-menu dessert that was proposed to me by the owner: an incredible homemade panna cotta with mandarin. The restaurant offers vegan/vegetarian options. Perfect price. Excellent!

06/04/2024: Small but very nice and welcoming place. The staff was smiling and very kind. We tasted delicious meat and cheese starters. The tender meat cooked just right, served on time and in order. We will be back again.

05/04/2024: We visited this place several times during a week-long trip to Italy. We tried several dishes from the menu and were very pleased. Everything was delicious, the portions were very large! The service made us feel very comfortable :) If you want to eat here, we encourage you to make a reservation. Thank you very much and we will definitely come back next time we are nearby :)

04/04/2024: Simply spectacular. We went on the recommendation of an Italian friend. The place is small and authentic, the complete opposite of the tourist restaurants that are in the area. The staff is lovely, both the waiters and the chef. The quality of the pasta is BRUTAL, really delicious. We tried the pasta with tartufo and sausage, and the ragù. The tiramisu is from another world. Recommended 100%
