I really appreciate that it was built in this area of ​​the center (Corso Cavour, towards San Domenico and not Sant'Ercolano), since it is an area that is not particularly crowded in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I ordered 6 pizzas over the phone, the bill was 42 euros plus shipping cost (2.50), the lady on the line told me that there would be a free pizza with that order, to which I proposed a change, if instead of the free pizza, it would have been possible to add a portion of chips, the lady on the phone tells me that there is no problem, The pizzas arrived and the bill was 51 euros in total, they charged me not one, but two portions of chips. Location molto bella (solo la strada per raggiungerlo non bellissima ma ci sta). Personale cordiale e gentile, piatti buonissimi, soprattutto il risotto per il.quale mi sono sentito di dover fare i complimenti alla cucina. Prezzo giusto per la qualità di menù e servizio. 16/03/2024: Die Strassen, die zum Ripa Relais Colle del Sole führen, sind etwas heruntergekommen, aber die Anlage per se ist dann sehr einladend und elegant. Wir waren auf der Durchfahrt und haben das ausgezeichnete Essen und den sehr zuvorkommenden Service äusserst genossen! Einzig, im Restaurant war etwas kalt. Trotzdem ist für uns das Ripa Relais Colle Del Sole immer einen Umweg wert!

31/03/2024: Highly recommended! Discovered thanks to the Kenta Guide, I decided to verify the actual goodness of his dishes. Exceptional food! A true Japanese cousin, whatever you choose to eat will be excellent and not pre-packaged and ready frozen like in oriental restaurants. They don't do sushi! But the menu is vast and there is also a daily off-menu. I recommend the Japanese eel which on the palate has the consistency of a blue fish but fatter, it is soft and melts in the mouth. I still dream about it at night 😂. The sake is of high quality and is not served hot like in common oriental restaurants, it costs a little more than usual but it's worth it if you want to taste something really good and valid, of which they also have a wide choice and will explain everything to help you choose what you might like the most. Maybe don't expect it yourself, it's hard to finish! The staff is friendly, fast, helpful and the restaurant is spotless. It's larger than it appears in the photos, but nevertheless it's unlikely they have room so call ahead to book. The only flaw of the restaurant are the tables that are so close together and therefore do not allow for great intimacy in conversation and there is no music so you will eat in absolute silence and perhaps a little embarrassing. When we called to book I was asked in advance if I was allergic to anything and I really appreciated that. Luckily my allergies are few and they weren't on the menu, with celiac people I can't tell you how they manage, but there is certainly interest and attention. We took eel, meatballs, soba, lotus flower root (which have a mushroom-like taste and a harder consistency), 6 mochi, very good Japanese beer and sake. I will definitely be back! Attached is the eel, sake and mochi (the best one is the one with flowers in my personal opinion). At least once in your life you have to go and eat here.

05/04/2024: Very nice place, clearly to be reached on foot, if you are lucky you can find a place on the blue lines in San Francesco al Prato. The lady is very courteous, the place is very nice, the food is delicious. I didn't eat the dessert because for me they were too "light" desserts and not "chocolaty" enough. The place is small so it's best to book.

From the delicacies served as pre-starters, to the oil to accompany the bread, not to mention the main courses. Availability and attention to gluten-free, where from starters to desserts you can choose almost all the options on the menu. The best gluten-free bread I've ever eaten!

06/04/2024: One of the best meals I’ve had. Ever. So disappointed we didn’t have a chance to return for a second meal. Everything was so lovely and delicious. The Grechetto is the best I’ve had. I will be thinking about this meal for a while to come. Worth returning to perugia just for this restaurant. If this place is eventually Michelin starred I wouldn’t be surprised although then it might be even harder to get a reservation. The service was wonderful. Food absolutely perfectly seasoned and cooked. Quality outstanding. We were in Italy for a month (our 3rd time visiting) and have eaten at many places. Every region has its own beautiful flavor and something special. Dalla Bianca outdid all of them. I didn’t get photos of the wild board and a few other dishes but they are all amazing.

04/04/2024: 4 adults and 2 children. The place is nice and spacious. We tasted rustic antipasto and had some first courses. Cannelloni, tortelloni with truffles, lasagna with ricotta and artichokes, strangozzi alla Norma. All very good. A note to the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Absolutely recommended

16/03/2024: A friend took me there and I have to thank him because it was a nice surprise, everything was very good. The pinsa is really tasty, especially if you choose to make it as you prefer, "custom" 😉 When it gets full it can be difficult to hear the diner.
