05/04/2024: Very nice place, clearly to be reached on foot, if you are lucky you can find a place on the blue lines in San Francesco al Prato. The lady is very courteous, the place is very nice, the food is delicious. I didn't eat the dessert because for me they were too "light" desserts and not "chocolaty" enough. The place is small so it's best to book.

03/04/2024: Very nice place with prices consistent with the quality of the dishes despite being practically in the center of Perugia. The products all come from the area. Very kind and prepared waiters.

31/03/2024: Highly recommended! Discovered thanks to the Kenta Guide, I decided to verify the actual goodness of his dishes. Exceptional food! A true Japanese cousin, whatever you choose to eat will be excellent and not pre-packaged and ready frozen like in oriental restaurants. They don't do sushi! But the menu is vast and there is also a daily off-menu. I recommend the Japanese eel which on the palate has the consistency of a blue fish but fatter, it is soft and melts in the mouth. I still dream about it at night 😂. The sake is of high quality and is not served hot like in common oriental restaurants, it costs a little more than usual but it's worth it if you want to taste something really good and valid, of which they also have a wide choice and will explain everything to help you choose what you might like the most. Maybe don't expect it yourself, it's hard to finish! The staff is friendly, fast, helpful and the restaurant is spotless. It's larger than it appears in the photos, but nevertheless it's unlikely they have room so call ahead to book. The only flaw of the restaurant are the tables that are so close together and therefore do not allow for great intimacy in conversation and there is no music so you will eat in absolute silence and perhaps a little embarrassing. When we called to book I was asked in advance if I was allergic to anything and I really appreciated that. Luckily my allergies are few and they weren't on the menu, with celiac people I can't tell you how they manage, but there is certainly interest and attention. We took eel, meatballs, soba, lotus flower root (which have a mushroom-like taste and a harder consistency), 6 mochi, very good Japanese beer and sake. I will definitely be back! Attached is the eel, sake and mochi (the best one is the one with flowers in my personal opinion). At least once in your life you have to go and eat here.

28/03/2024: First visit to Gubbio, from Ravenna and Romagna, amazed by the flavor of Gubbio's cappelletti, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food.. Meatballs, chicken, lasagna, all too good. We decided to stay an extra half day just to enjoy the cuisine of the Gubbio gastronomy. Congratulations, splendid demonstration of generosity and care towards the customer.

16/03/2024: A friend took me there and I have to thank him because it was a nice surprise, everything was very good. The pinsa is really tasty, especially if you choose to make it as you prefer, "custom" 😉 When it gets full it can be difficult to hear the diner.

18/03/2024: I hadn't been for years, since before Covid, but it's gotten much worse. Raw appetizers to forget with a very strong flavor and dry despite the added sea water... pasta with lobster was once with half a lobster now pasta with tomato with a few pieces of carapace and claw.... Chewy fry. Skyrocketing prices for 8 with 4 bottles of wine costing 25 euros and an average of two dishes each costing 87.50, just over 700. You can spend even more, Mr. Filippo, if the dishes were good. As in many restaurants, quality has now dropped and prices have increased. I eat them raw, and when they lose their freshness they feel good!

02/03/2024: The pinzeria was much appreciated, soft, tasty and well-filled tongs. The choice is excellent, there is something for all tastes, the menu is very varied, perhaps too much so. Worthy of note is the attention they pay to celiacs, all the tongs are also gluten-free, absolutely no small feat, even the chips are cooked separately to avoid contamination. Highly recommended. The place is simple and spartan, with little aesthetics but a lot of substance, average prices for the historic centre, attentive service but when I was there the place was not very crowded.

25/02/2024: Perfect dinner, few menu items, but excellent dishes. I recommend trying the different dishes by sharing so you can enjoy different dishes, suitable for vegans. Excellent wines especially from the South. I tried the artichokes, (exceptional), the chicory, the cod cannons. To conclude, the desserts are spectacular, excellent raw materials. I can't understand how I missed this restaurant that opened in 2017! I invite you to book you will be satisfied and it will also be a nice surprise for you.

12/03/2024: Siamo ritornati alla Bigonza perchè ci eravamo già stati trovandoci benissimo, ed anche questa volta è stato tutto perfetto. I cibi sono di ottima qualità, il vino della casa è buono ed i prezzi molto bassi. E' un locale dove ci si sente come a casa, grazie anche all'ottima accoglienza. Sarà per noi una tappa obbligata quando ritorneremo in Umbria. Consigliatissimo !!!!!

30/03/2024: We had dinner by ordering 2 fish starters, seared Argentinian prawns on a bed of humus and fresh cheese and salmon nigiri with panzanella. For first courses, cacio e pepe with chopped pistachios and pacchero with cherry tomatoes, olives and red tuna. Very nice and well-kept place just outside the center of Bastia Umbra, convenient free parking located a few dozen meters from the place itself. Recommended restaurant for its excellent food and equally excellent quality/price ratio

25/02/2024: Restaurant in the center of Bastia Umbra with a multi-year history and proven experience, excellent slightly ethnic reinterpretations such as zighirí. The owners and chefs run the place excellently. I recommend booking on the weekend.
