31/03/2024: A fantastic, characteristic place for those who love out-of-town trattorias, spartan, functional and clean. Welcoming, understated, but not sloppy or rude service. Traditional Emilian dishes, with a variety of courses, excellent quality of ingredients. Excellent quality-price relation.

10/05/2024: We ordered takeout at the counter. Federica was terrific and she suggested a tortellini with parsley sage in light cream sauce with Parmesan. We sat outside under a portico since line to dine in. Dine in line seemed to move quickly though. Pasta was fresh hot delicious. Federica even added second piece of bread. We loved it and cannot wait to return to dine in. We had just arrived to Bologna and our first stop here made us feel very welcomed.

30/04/2024: Certainly, and for a long time, one of the best venues in the city and the nearby areas. To find cuisine of this level, you have to go up towards the Apennines. Excellent quality dumplings and tortelli. Asparagus risotto worth a try. Well cooked barzigole and second courses. Excellent and easy-going service. Definitely worth trying. Also recommended for those coming from outside Reggio.

30/04/2024: Good food, courteous and punctual service. I didn't get 4 stars because I thought it was a little expensive. there is a wine list and there are also some organic choices, the interesting Lambrusco is very full-bodied, bitter and not very carbonated. good and classic tortelli. interesting are a couple of second courses, the sheep barzigole and the rabbit, not always easy to find on the menu. for the first time I tried the good and abundant barzigole, well cooked and tasty, but the side dish was not up to par. the ricotta, hazelnut, chocolate and I don't remember what else cake was good but a little too "dry", a shame. overall the cuisine is not heavy and not greasy, but in any case (maybe because when I'm out I like to eat) I got up from the table still feeling a little peckish... nice environment and overall, despite the good number of guests, not noisy , and that's good. worth revisiting to try the lasagna or tortellini and the rabbit

15/01/2024: We went there for dinner. Nice place and friendly waiters. They offered us a prosecco before dinner. The wait was a bit long but the place was full. Good first courses and good gnocco and tigelle. At the end they bring various spirits in a beautiful tray with colored bottles. They also make gnocco and tigelle for celiacs which I was told are good.

12/05/2024: We were in this restaurant on a Saturday evening, a place in line with expectations. We took a trio of first courses and dumplings with cold cuts. Everything was good including the desserts, delicious. If I have to find two "defects", the portions of the first courses are not abundant and there is very little parking. However, we left satisfied.

10/05/2024: I would say everything is excellent for a REAL trattoria. Don't expect an IN or trendy place, but a well-kept trattoria with traditional dishes and some reinterpretations, such as capeletti with mushrooms, which are really good.

05/04/2024: Italian restaurant just outside the historic center of Persiceto, visited on several occasions. The place offers both a menu of purely traditional recipes and a series of proposals where you experiment a little more and/or use non-local ingredients. During my visits I have tried both things and always found it good, particularly with the first courses. Even the slightly more original dishes often had a truly interesting outcome! Often a small welcome snack is provided, at the table there is also a basket with various types of bread in small loaves. The environment is organized into 3/4 internal or external rooms, it is informal and without excess. The staff in general are ok, occasionally they can run into some little things but nothing that should preclude an absolutely positive experience. Fair price for what is offered. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a rotisserie side where you can buy ready-made take away food or even freshly cooked first courses to take away as soon as they come out of the pan. Recommended for everyone!

04/04/2024: Finally a cuisine without a "masterchef in the head": simple but well made, excellent, plentiful and also economical. Only the service was a little "rough"... but a bad day happens to everyone. Well done "Officina del gusto"

In un angolo tranquillo di questa incantevole città, ho scoperto un piccolo gioiello gastronomico che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa: il più delizioso gnocco fritto che abbia mai assaggiato. Il gnocco fritto qui è semplicemente divino: caldo, soffice e incredibilmente leggero. La croccantezza dorata della superficie si fonde con la morbidezza dell'impasto, creando un contrasto di consistenze che è un piacere per il palato. Servito con una selezione di salumi freschi e formaggi locali, ogni morso è una celebrazione dei sapori autentici dell'Emilia-Romagna. Ciò che distingue Laghi Anna è l'attenzione al dettaglio e la dedizione alla qualità. Ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti freschi e genuini, rispettando le tradizioni culinarie della regione. Il personale, cortese e professionale, ti fa sentire come a casa, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più memorabile. 03/04/2024: We went in person one evening in October and, months later, ordered home delivery. Super friendly and kind! We ordered both normal and gluten-free.. everything perfect and delicious 😋 I didn't have time to take photos because we had already devoured everything..

28/03/2024: Nice place, prices a little high but in line with what is found in the center of Milan. The accompanying "sauces" are truly welcome, especially for fans of gorgonzola and lard who will find themselves pleasantly satisfied.
