29/02/2024: Cibo sublime! Atmosfera elegante e staff eccezionale. Complimenti particolari a Riccardo, titolare dell’attività, professionale, colloquiale e preparato nel suo mestiere! Nulla da eccepire, tutto fantastico!

25/02/2024: Ristorante elegante ed accogliente. Ottima accoglienza anche da parte del personale di sala pronto a soddisfare con il sorriso ogni esigenza con piatti illustrati con passione, anche le bottiglie per i calici di vino mostrate con cura e professionalità. Tutto veramente abbondante e soddisfacente, da rimanere senza parole, piatti di ottima qualità dove il tartufo lo potete trovare ovunque. La migliore pasta al tartufo mai mangiata, con abbondante aggiunta di prezioso tubero. Ineccepibile la presentazione dei piatti, dall'antipasto al dolce. Tutto buonissimo, ci ritorneremo senz'altro! Da provare assolutamente! Ne rimarrete sicuramente contenti.

25/02/2024: Inside the village of Collepino, between the green of nature and the pink of the stone there is the San Silvestro tavern ... a timeless place, with Niki's welcome and quality dishes you can't help but be enchanted. Agnolotti with artichoke ragout, grilled lamb and smoked scamorza with truffle. Recommended for taking a break from the daily frenzy and enjoying excellent Umbrian products.

07/01/2024: I returned after 20 years and I assure you that the mushrooms they offer are difficult to forget. Rustic style tavern located in an extremely characteristic village of a few souls. Kind owners and a very familiar environment. Anyone who visits Umbria and its beauties should stop in this tavern.

12/09/2023: Cucina molto buona, piatti abbondanti, ma prezzi un po' troppo esagerati!!! Piatti consigliati, pappardelle con funghi porcini e salsiccia Umbra e arista di maialino al finocchietto selvatico!!! Posto incantevole, per uscite anche con famiglia, con parco giochi per bambini!!! Luogo di partenza per il Santuario di Serrasanta, da vedere assolutamente, sia con un percorso a piedi, che pure in auto, con strada molto ben tenuta!!!

07/01/2024: Colpiti dall’esterno che lascia subito presagire la bellezza del ristorante, ci fidiamo dell’istinto ed entriamo..da quel momento ogni cosa è stata magica. L’accoglienza professionale pur non avendo prenotato, il servizio altrettanto professionale del personale di sala. Il posto signori miei vale il prezzo del biglietto. Un museo non un ristorante e l’atmosfera che si vive all’interno ti porta con la testa e con il palato…altrove. Si perché va bene la bellezza del posto, ma non è solo questo. Si mangia divinamente. Dal nostro antipasto (coratella di agnello, con scarpetta doverosa annessa), alla carbonara di carciofi e guanciale e soprattutto al piccione veramente veramente buono. Prezzo assolutamente congruo alla qualità dei prodotti e al servizio, non dimentichiamoci del servizio, fornito. 10 e lode

06/01/2024: Sono andata il giorno dell' epifania con la mia famiglia. Locale molto bello e curato, il personale tutto molto cordiale e gentile la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata carinissima. Menù vario e con piatti particolari fatti bene e molto buoni. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità dei piatti e alla location.

28/04/2024: The place is very nice but it would need some more attention... we asked the waitress some information about the dishes and she couldn't answer us.... she didn't even seem to work there.... well... anyway, the mess with cake to the very tasty text; the spaghetti cacio e pepe with black truffle were good but the truffle was n.p. , the pork fillet with caramelized onion and Montefalco reduction was dry and extremely overcooked.... let's say I expected more but sometimes clothes don't make Monaco... it's a shame because we looked for a place a little out of the way so as not to encounter the classic tourist menu...

06/04/2024: The quality of the food was quite disappointing. No dishes worthy of note... Everything average and nothing particularly "good"! Low quality/price ratio.

03/04/2024: We had dinner there two evenings and, on both occasions, we had a very, very, very good time. The place is welcoming and decidedly pleasing to the eye. All the staff proved helpful, kind and (above all) prepared. The dishes, cooked with taste and balance, were definitely appreciated by all of us, to the point that the youngest of the company said: "Exquisite!"
