03/10/2023: Many restaurants in central Verona are an insult to Italian cuisine, as the old city has become overwhelmed with tourists. This one, just about 200m the ‘wrong side’ of p. dei signori, is an exception. The food was outstanding, service impeccable. Not cheap but better value than many. We went a second time a couple of days after our first visit, and were not disappointed. The menu is less extensive than some (no fish of any kind when we went, for example, and a choice of only about 8 or 10 for each of primo and secondi) but all was extremely good. Outside seating is in a very attractive and reasonably private small square

06/04/2024: The quality of the food is truly excellent and the variety of Japanese dishes is truly vast and rich in detail. The service is lovely given the kids' incredible memories. The interiors were certainly chosen by a brilliant mind as they transport you to a world of serenity and peace with yourself. The only flaw is the lighting, which is truly ambient, but a little more light is not much but it would make the place without any flaw.

07/04/2024: Today was the first time I ate at this place. Really very nice place, ideal both for couples and for a dinner with friends. Warm and welcoming environment. Fast, precise and tidy service. Dishes as beautiful as they are good: I tried their bao with pork, slightly spicy (but not too much), but highly recommended. Their super delicious grilled meat gyoza (so good you had to order 2 portions). And then him: a real "MR. RAMEN". I ordered the one with beef and double meat (the pork belly you can add is so good it should be a crime not to get it!) the sweet? Well I actually took two: a very delicate strawberry cheesecake and, for second dessert, a tofu cake. Both excellent and I also highly recommend the desserts because they are TOP. Speaking of the staff? Infinitely exquisite staff! the owner of the restaurant came to introduce herself in person: she was very clear about the explanation of the various dishes and the way in which they were served. The waitresses were all very quick, kind and very cute, always smiling and all super helpful with requests (praise also to the chefs behind the scenes obviously). Thank you MaMa-Ya Ramen for this very pleasant evening with you, I will definitely return!💋

05/04/2024: Japanese cuisine restaurant on Ostiense. Local with few seats (I recommend booking) but nice and well-kept. The food is excellent. Nice to look at and tasty. The staff is super friendly and will explain their dishes to you as best as possible

26/03/2024: Un sushi bar piccolo e grazioso che offre piatti tipici della tradizione asiatica; abbiamo assaggiato il ramen, pad taj, i noodles e tutto è stato di nostro gradimento. Anche il servizio è stato perfetto. Ottimi e consigliati i dolci. Il locale è situato in una zona ZTL quindi non è possibile raggiungerlo direttamente in auto.

26/03/2024: A small and charming sushi bar offering typical traditional Asian dishes; we tasted the ramen, pad taj, the noodles and everything was to our liking. The service was also perfect. The desserts are excellent and recommended. The restaurant is located in a restricted traffic zone so it is not possible to reach it directly by car.

12/02/2024: Un piccolo elegante locale, con un'offerta di grande qualità. Abbiamo avuto modo di mangiare in altri locali simili e della stessa categoria, ma questo è forse il migliore in cui siamo stati. Alcuni piatti davvero strepitosi, per equilibrio e profumi (i ravioli con tartufo sono da infarto). Il servizio al tavolo ottimo, ragazzi cortesi e con una gradita dose di informalità che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Abbiamo mangiato molto, bevuto bene e speso di conseguenza. Il ristorante è proprio in centro, circondato da meravigliose architetture, era la prima volta che venivamo ad Ascoli, la città è bellissima e la cena ha coronato il weekend.

07/04/2024: An impressive castle, but the potential of this place was not used. An exhibition of fortification art would be useful. The collections in the interior seem random - paintings, musical instruments, furniture, some antiquities, all in several places and on different floors of the castle. There are gems, such as the last, unfinished sculpture by Michelangelo. It's worth visiting, but you're a bit dissatisfied.

28/03/2024: I enjoyed a Kikkiriki sandwich, I was amazed because, it was a bite by bite "experience". The consistency and crunchiness of the sandwich, the quality of the chicken, the right amount of peppery mayonnaise which enhanced all the flavours... even that of the salad! Really a great sandwich.

24/03/2024: Quite a small but nice place, with an American atmosphere. After an appetizer of fried foods (chips and onion rings), the pizza was very surprising. I had a simple margherita, but it was completely different from what you eat in common pizzerias. It's a pizza served on a cutting board, and it's crunchy! Furthermore, the dough is very light. I really liked it a lot. If you want to eat an unusual but equally good pizza, I recommend this place.

18/03/2024: The best, a truly beautiful and well-kept place, very kind staff. Excellent quality food and very fresh products, the service was very fast, I didn't expect it. Every dish we ordered arrived within a couple of minutes. We were greeted with a welcome appetizer of salmon and a tropical fruit sauce. We tried different dishes, but I struggle to find faults, perhaps I would change the dessert, the crepes with ice cream didn't completely convince me. Average prices. I will definitely come back.

10/03/2024: The food is very healthy, the fish is very fresh and a set of dishes is offered for free with discounts. I am also a regular customer here, I recommend everyone to try it.

12/02/2024: On the door the sign "NO ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT": finally I can eat only what I want without the moral duty to fill my stomach because I paid for it. I didn't book and I couldn't find people. Excellent food, sometimes better than other renowned places in the area (Xiao Mai space dishes, very hot because they have just been steamed, garnished with pea cream). The cuisine is essentially Japanese, but some Chinese dishes escape us, given that the restaurant is family-run by a Chinese couple. The environment is a bit modest, but pleasantly quiet, there are few seats and the takeaway business is large, but when I was there there were no customers. Attentive, kind, discreet service from the woman, while the man chops fish without pauses at the counter which also serves as a bar. Honest prices (but it is still a restaurant where you mainly eat fish). The place has no heating, which is provided by a couple of efficient mobile gas heaters, so if you want you can keep one nearby. A little too much cooking smell in the dining room (but this is a personal obsession of mine). Asahi beer is good. I was fine. In my opinion it deserves it. Only for people who don't like pomp, unbridled abundance, crowds, noise, the need to leave quickly to make room for others.

03/04/2024: Calcagno has been my point of reference since I came to Arenzano, a young and fun environment in which to spend a wonderful evening of good food and music at the weekend! I was lucky enough to taste both their sushi offerings (always very fresh fish) and their traditional cuisine, which I must say is impeccable. The delivery service earns them a lot of points, when it rains there is nothing better than enjoying the food directly at home. Note of credit to all the guys on the staff, they are fantastic! I will continue to return every time I come to Arenzano, that's for sure.

25/02/2024: Good value for money, young staff very attentive to the customer, excellent location, covered inside and outside. Returned twice both times with satisfaction. The vegetarian choice could be improved.

31/03/2024: I wanted to celebrate my Easter in this boutique. Five stars are not enough, the level of Japanese gastronomy is very high and is recommended more for a gourmet and not... We actually ate some sushi which I would define as "THE Original". The location is perfect, the location is strategic, the food is excellent, the service is impeccable, there are all the ingredients to do well and to continually improve. I recommend it and I think we'll meet again soon. Thanks for everything and good luck to you. I leave some photos for my presence.
