24/03/2024: Small, simple place in Frosinone. The pizza is good and digestible, the only flaw is a little too much water in the bottom so that after a while it becomes very, too soft. But the overall flavor isn't bad. The supplì seemed to be of the already packaged type (because otherwise they are not the best) and therefore it is useless to give a judgement, no good Roman appreciates industrial supplì. I repeat that the pizza without that liquid on the bottom would be excellent.

17/02/2024: Servizio veramente scarso… quasi una barzelletta Stavano cambiando il menu, quindi le proposte erano limitate ( nessun problema ) Ordiniamo un uovo con tartufo… peccato che il tartufo non ci fosse Su 3 ordini ( 2 primi e 1 secondo ) 2 sbagliati… Ragù bianco che è arrivato con sugo e pasta con carciofi speck e broccolo senza speck e broccoli… unica cosa giusta è stata il dolce Ordiniamo 2 contorni… anche lì arrivano sbagliati, 2 calici di vino che abbiamo dovuto chiedere 3 o 4 volte per farci portare al tavolo Il locale è molto piccolo… ed era il weekend quindi l’unico motivo è che, mi spiace dirlo, ma la cucina/ la cameriera in sala o entrambe sono totalmente incompetenti Non so se abbiamo trovato noi la serata sfortunata o se sia sempre così… Non ho dato una stella perché nonostante i numerosi sbagli il cibo era buono… ma prezzi troppo alti

27/11/2023: I had lunch at this restaurant which expresses the typical Ciociaria cuisine with a truly appreciable simplicity. The fettuccine with ragù was delicious, bringing out authentic and tasty flavours. The ambience of the restaurant was welcoming, clean and cheerful, helping to make the dining experience even more pleasant.

25/03/2024: After the first two positive experiences, the third time I was so disappointed that I won't go back again. Simply out of 7 sandwiches, there wasn't one that wasn't burnt, both the bread and the meat. Personally, if I burn the meat, I would avoid giving it to the customer... In response to the owner: before reviewing I try to go to a place several times. You're absolutely right that I had to tell him at the time, I didn't (and I apologize because I should have said it anyway) because we realized halfway through the sandwich that one of the sides was burnt and a) we couldn't wait we would have managed to eat another whole sandwich b) it really bothers us to waste food and we decided to finish the sandwich anyway. Of course everyone makes mistakes, but you will agree with me that burnt food should not be served regardless.

07/04/2024: This morning I had an aperitif for which I paid 18 euros, unfortunately when I checked the expiry date of the bitter it dated back almost a year.

04/04/2024: A nice place, large and well looked after. The prices, however, are a little high, considering that a cutting board for one person costs €13, I must say in my opinion that they could reduce the prices a little. All in all, however, it is very youthful and frequented by many kids.

24/02/2024: Ottimo locale nel cuore della centralissima via Aldo Moro per mangiare del buonissimo pesce fresco cucinato in modo delicato e gustoso. Per concludere siamo stati deliziati da uno strepitoso dolce preparato dallo chef. Inoltre siamo stati accolti dai proprietari calorosamente. Consigliamo vivamente di non perdervi queste prelibatezze!!!

10/05/2024: Hotel on a small street, the rooms on this side have no view. We were on the village and mountain side, it's a pretty view. Our room had a small terrace with this view, apart from this, the room is dated or even kitsch...... The smell of tobacco was there! The bedding is good, the shower perfect, the toilets are right in front of the sink, no need to move, you can do your business and wash at the same time 🤔. Our door is not locked and the elevator is broken 🥴 For one night it's good but not more, at least for us.

26/03/2024: Twice they created problems for me due to their lack of professionalism and organization, the first time with a buffet for an inauguration and today for the buffet for a birthday, the first time 40 minutes late on delivery and for more they gave out the RAW pizzas and I had to arrange for the purchase of other pizzas at a Conad, today I showed up an hour late compared to the pre-established time on purpose and coincidentally 1.5kg of pizzas were missing, they wanted to take care of that by making me going to the pizzeria, after pointing out that for the second time they created a problem for me, they also wanted to be right by stating that we were not very flexible!!! They gave me the pizzas from another customer who had obviously ordered them and therefore consequently they created the problem for another person... ah! Order placed 4 days ago obviously in advance... they justify themselves by saying: but today is a special day!!! Change job or don't take orders above what your skills could be!!! Terrible!!!!
