07/04/2024: The service leaves a lot to be desired. Drinks brought after the gricia. The first arrived when they still didn't have any dishes on the table. Amatriciana ok, terrible seconds. Inedible Roman artichoke made with an artichoke that is at least 3 days old. Crazy prices

04/02/2024: Recommended by the girl who works in the bar a few steps from this wonderful hotel, I wanted to try Amatriciana and I came across the "barchetta". All good, I must say that I had higher expectations but I left satisfied. They should work a little more on the visual warmth (the environment was too sterile) and pay more attention to the service (I had to get up from the table to remember to bring me a drink and bring me bread) but, probably, one waiter alone he is not able to follow all those tables. Still recommended.

Gran parte dei prodotti sono di produzione propria e si sente, il resto sono prodotti locali forniti nei dintorni. Praticamente quasi tutti i prodotti sono a km0. Si sente la Freschezza proprio per l’assenza di trasporto e di passaggio. Sapori tipici. Rapporto Qualita/prezzo altissimo.

23/07/2023: Beautiful place, among the mountains of our Apennines, informal, clean and elegant. Most of the products are home-grown and you can feel it, the rest are local products supplied nearby. Practically almost all products are km0. You feel the Freshness precisely because of the absence of transport and passage. Typical flavors. Very high quality/price ratio.

It was all booked but the guy we spoke to did us a great favor by giving us a table. We took the mix of bruschetta, exceptional, and then 2 pizzas, a Norwegian one and a pistachio and burrata mortadella. Both fantastic. Excellent value for money

09/03/2024: I stayed for three nights. From day to day you could get used to the place, the biggest advantage was the silence and a nice view from the window. The owner was first class, as I was there for the first time and had no knowledge of the area, the help from the owners turned out to be of a high standard, for which I thank you once again. Ps . They have a nice lady to help, but that's just my opinion.

01/04/2024: Posto molto caratteristico, immerso in un contesto di pace e tranquillità. Atmosfera molto familiare, e menù ricco di pietanze prelibate con prodotti rigorosamente del territorio. Personalmente, ho trovato molto buono l'antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi, fantastica la pizza "rentorta", ma le due portate veramente spaziali sono state le lenticchie e la coratella! Lo consiglio assolutamente se si vuole mangiare di gusto spendendo il giusto.
