The owner Antonella explained each dish to us and answered all our questions about the cuisine and the place. Welcoming and attentive to every need (both ours and that of our girls). The cook Paola is excellent. Well done! Thank you for a very pleasant evening. If you happen to be in the area, this is an absolutely must-try place.

04/04/2024: I came across this small but very welcoming restaurant on Easter Monday and I never thought I would find such class and elegance in the dishes in addition to the goodness and quality of the raw materials used. From the appetizer, the first and second courses of meat from other countries (I was sorry not to have had dessert but I was already full from everything we ate even if the portions may have been small but very very tasty) everything was absolutely delicious. I want to go there and I will certainly go back to taste other delights and I recommend it because for me it is a place with 10 cum laude and more importantly the quality for the price I would say is more than excellent.

But two details have undermined all the attention that the staff has for the customer, and they are the site that calls the restaurant Osteria 20/30 in plain sight euro, so we don't expect a gourmet menu. And when asked if there was any other type of meat besides that on the menu, we were told no. After five minutes, 4 people entered the table next to ours and magically it was lamb was offered, it was Easter so on topic, I didn't ask for explanations because I don't like arguing in clubs, but I wonder why this difference in treatment

04/04/2024: Authentic village trattoria, immersed in one of the most characteristic and well-kept villages of Sabina, in Posticciola, a hamlet of Rocca Sinibalda. A stone's throw from Lake Turano and from the town's convenient car park you can enjoy homemade pasta made by expert hands accompanied by the most varied condiments and sauces: fettuccine, gnocchi and ravioli, fabulous and served in abundance. The starters were delicious. I wasn't able to enjoy the main courses and side dishes because I was full from the generosity of the mixed starter and the ravioli filled with ricotta and mountain herbs with a simple sauce which I recommend. But I'll be back. Super convenient account, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

07/04/2024: The location of Taverna della Goliardia is a big asset. It's close to the highway, so instead of eating in a boring place along the highway, a 10 minute drive up the hill brings you to another dimension. Magliano Sabina is a cute little village, with fantastic views and green surroundings. The food at Taverna della Goliardia is really good, seasonal, fresh products are used. Great atmosphere, lovely decor, absolutely worth visiting!
