05/04/2024: The first time my boyfriend took me to eat the pizza and it was delicious then we went back to eat the fish this time and this time too we were not disappointed, it's difficult to describe how good and perfect everything was. Friendly staff and a nice place but at the same time not too formal. I recommend it wholeheartedly

20/02/2024: historic house with some rooms overlooking the bay of fairy tales or the cathedral square. on the second floor without lift it is necessary to reach an agreement with the kind owner for reception. there is the opportunity to park nearby for a fee. has an agreement with some cafés in the centre, three beautiful rooms with bathroom, large shared lounge and room for quick refreshment. Straddling the Bay of Silence and the Gulf of Fairytales.

Francesco is exquisitely kind, attentive to the needs of his guests. 06/04/2024: I had lunch at the Olimpo restaurant with my family and I was able to admire the bay of silence and the bay of fairy tales at the same time while sitting at the table: how wonderful!! Lunch was above expectations: excellent dishes cooked with high quality raw materials. The service is always attentive and discreet, with attention to detail. We will definitely return.

03/04/2024: In recent years the Olimpo Restaurant has grown a lot thanks to the competence and kindness of Mr Giacomo Pittaluga who manages it, the chef Mauro Manfredi who is creative and available to satisfy the needs of customers and the dining room staff who work with kindness and without wasting a moment of time. The food is excellent, sometimes the service can be slowed down due to the events of the Sky Bar which overlap with the lunches or dinners of the Olympus but the staff, often embarrassed by the delays, knows how to make amends with elegance and empathy . From the restaurant you can enjoy a splendid view but this is thanks to the Eternal Father and whoever manages the restaurant knows how to harmonize the beauty of nature with the goodness of the dishes and courtesy

05/04/2024: We stopped for an aperitif, I thought the prices were high but instead they are affordable: 2 of us spent €32 for a bottle of excellent white wine accompanied by an equally excellent platter and two more glasses of white. The staff are very kind and professional and the place is also beautiful, clean and surrounded by vineyards on the outskirts of Sestri.

04/04/2024: Our favorite place! Immersed in the vineyards, Bisson cellars leave us with wonderful memories every time, we have chosen it several times to celebrate important events or even just for an aperitif/tasting/dinner with friends. The staff is always attentive to needs and very professional, all my requests have always been accepted without problems. Excellent wines, cuisine attentive to the choice of raw materials, the chef offers various dishes to satisfy every palate. Attention is also paid to the little guests, from the menu dedicated to them, to the large outdoor spaces where they can play and relax their parents! There is also a changing table for the little ones. Nice, elegant and above all very clean environment! Unforgettable dinner among the rows of vines (summer season) No less obvious is the large, convenient car park adjacent to the entrance. I highly recommend it! 17/02/2024: Da molti anni frequentiamo questo ristorante apprezzandone la qualità. Ultimamente, però, un paio di situazioni che ci portano a pensare ad una diminuita considerazione del cliente. Malgrado la prenotazione tavolino in posizione infelice all'ingresso della veranda,(Agosto 2023). Oggi, sempre ottima la qualità, ma antipasto di polpo in quantità veramente scarsa.

28/03/2024: I only ate the spaghetti with seafood, a huge dish but honestly it wasn't that good. They use thin spaghetti. But if you're looking for a place for a good-priced worker's lunch then it's fine
