I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Biella

24/02/2024: Per gli amanti degli agriturismi è sicuramente il posto ideale. Siamo stati qui un paio di settimane fa con amici, la pioggia ci ha reso difficile vedere le indicazioni (un po scarse) ma ci siamo arrivati. Una volta arrivati li però è uno spettacolo di fronte alle stalle il locale, molto bello fuori ma ancora più bello una volta entrati. Arredato il minimo indispensabile, proprio in stile cascina. C'è il menù a prezzo fisso, 33€, comprensivo di 3 antipasti, agnolotti, un secondo a scelta tra due di carne, formaggio, dolce a scelta tra più possibilità, passito vino bianco e rosso, acqua, caffè, insomma tutto, e di ottima qualità; e da sottolineare che ripassano più di una volta a chiedere se si vuole il bis. Il servizio è attento, gentile, non invadente. Straconsigliato.

07/01/2024: L'agriturismo è ristrutturato e il ristorante è in un locale rustico e accogliente. La famiglia titolare è gentilissima. Il cibo: ottimo. Gli antipasti (salumi, carne cruda e vitello tonnato): superlativi. Gli agnolotti: impareggiabili. L'arrosto e il roast beef: tenerissimi e succulenti. I dolci (tiramisù e torta alle albicocche): deliziosi. Vino bianco e rosso (Erbaluce e Nebbiolo), acqua, caffè e passito di bonarda. Il conto non è onesto, di più. Complimenti davvero!

16/02/2024: I was there last night, the place is very nice, nothing to say. I would say the service was poor, the waiter unprofessional. And for a 33 beer, a gintonic and a cutting board, spending €45 in Biella seems madness to me.

13/02/2024: Appena si entra ci si immerge in un atmosfera d'altri tempi. Un gioiellino in una via secondaria di Biella! Locale elegante e intimo. Finalmente un aperitivo degno di essere chiamato tale, di qualità, che stuzzica l'appetito! Drink list accattivante e originale. Complimenti soprattutto ai ragazzi in sala per la cortesia e la preparazione mostrate! Prezzi in linea con il tipo di servizio e soprattutto con la qualità della materia prima. Più che promosso!

02/01/2024: We came to this restaurant for lunch on January 2nd hoping it was open and luckily it was 😍 the owner was super welcoming and the service was very fast. We had an appetizer with cured meats and local specialties which were delicious (especially Russian salad and beans). Then an excellent wild boar with mouth-watering polenta. For dessert we had a steaming homemade strudel which was also very good. Recommended to anyone visiting the Basilica!

02/05/2024: I was scared because it was the week and there weren't many people so I thought the pizza round wasn't plentiful, I was wrong! Ate a lot. The girls on the staff are super kind and really nice!

06/04/2024: A good place where you can eat good pizza. I've been frequenting it for several years when I'm in Biella, although, I admit, I don't go very often. However, in general I have always eaten well. Excellent pizzas, with a good choice. What's missing is a minimum of "update". It's good that it's also open in the evening, we went out at almost 11pm on Friday but it has a slightly retro style. For example, in my opinion a bit of background music would be good, perhaps, on some evenings, even a piano bar corner with karaoke or a small cabaret, with someone telling jokes, perhaps even the guests themselves, as I saw in other venues. In short, people want to eat, relax and, why not, have fun. Still, it's a good place!

17/03/2024: Sono stata invitata ad una cena in questa location che non conoscevo. Posto molto caratteristico all’interno di un sito storico medievale. Siccome eravamo in una ventina di persone la sistemazione dei tavoli è stata sulla balconata al primo piano sopra il torchio. Questo ha reso difficile la conversazione a tavola, l’acustica era pessima ed era difficile conversare. Tutto ciò premesso, i piatti molto buoni e ben presentati, menu degustazione con ampia scelta di piatti. Consiglio il risotto mantecato alla toma biellese e l’uovo in crosta. Buoni anche i dolci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale estremamente professionale e cordiale.

17/03/2024: Nostro cugino piemontese&emiliano ci ha portato in questo locale molto suggestivo e caratteristico situato all’interno del ricetto di Candelo. Impressionante l’antico torchio gigante. Eravamo in sei, Abbiamo scelto dal menu degustazione ognuno quel che ha voluto. Tutti rimasti molto soddisfatti dell’ottima qualità del cibo. Vitello tonnato, sformato di cavolo e bagnacauda, risotto, polenta concia, brasato e tagliata e dessert della casa. Porzioni giuste, personale cortese ed efficientissimo, tutto servito senza attese e senza fretta, ritmo perfetto per un pranzo domenicale. Ospite perfetto, il titolare Albi, sia prima che dopo il pranzo quando ci ha raccontato la genesi del locale i cui muri risalgono al 1300/1400, offrendoci anche un graditissimo amaro tipico biellese Lyskamm. PS: ottima anche la selezione dei brani musicali che fanno da accompagnamento perfetto. Siamo tutti d’accordo: quando ripasseremo da quelle parti torneremo senz’altro…. Magari torneremo apposta …. 31/03/2024: I was here for Easter lunch, the place was almost full. In short, a menu equal to that of a restaurant where you can go on a lunch break from work. Food without infamy and without praise, but with good value for money. The real flaw was the wait. We were a table of six people and we had to wait more than an hour for the first course to arrive, plus another half hour to receive the second. We can understand the occasional frenzy linked to a holiday, but it doesn't take a genius to understand it in advance, increasing the staff in the dining room and adequately managing the kitchen team. To summarize: extremely basic menu, very mediocre quality of dishes, unjustified waiting times, but good price and friendly staff. Personally I would not recommend this place.
