06/04/2024: Very beautiful and evocative environment, there is a beautiful window and in summer the environment outside certainly makes it. The waiters were very kind right from the start. We chose the seafood tasting in order to taste multiple courses. All the dishes were interesting and well executed, a couple of critical points regarding the cooking of the octopus (chewy, but very well roasted) and the bisque (it didn't taste good, unfortunately it ruined the whole dish) The dessert wasn't bad but the caramel was a little too forward and the ice cream didn't taste like much, but its function in the end was to give freshness and this it did. A positive note is the wine list, very extensive and with several important choices. All in all a wonderful experience, I felt very sorry for a waitress who unfortunately had no voice that evening, so she couldn't explain the dishes (in my opinion they could have sent someone else) It's worth coming!

09/01/2024: Un ottimo indirizzo dove gustare una cucina genuina con prodotti a km 0. Nonostante si tratti di un agriturismo l'ambiente è curato ed elegante, con un affaccio sulla campagna circostante davvero piacevole. La scelta dei piatti è ristretta ed in base alle loro disponibilità, cosa che trovo qualitativamente valida. Abbiamo assaggiato le loro penne alla cafaggese ed i pacchetti con ragù di faraona, davvero golosi. A seguire una tagliata del loro manzo davvero ottimo e la guancia brasata, gustosa e succulenta. Per finire una buona cheesecake. Una bottiglia di vino della loro selezione davvero buona. Vorrei davvero visitare di nuovo la location durante il periodo estivo perché mangiare fuori con vista piscina deve essere veramente gradevole. Per i piatti sopracitati ed una bottiglia di vino abbiamo speso circa 95 euro. Il servizio è veloce e cortese.

26/03/2024: I frequented this restaurant a couple of years ago, with my husband, everything was absolutely perfect. Chef Rossi is the Chagall of the dish. We are about to return after the Easter holidays.

07/04/2024: Very pleasant experience. Impeccable service and varied menus. I would have liked an entirely vegetarian menu. We took two special tasting menus, they were plentiful and well executed, but unfortunately in most of the courses there was really too much salt, and this ruined the dinner a bit. Excellent dessert risotto!!

22/03/2024: An excellent luxury restaurant with affordable prices, the best I have found in the price range between €50-60/person, also because you eat really a lot and well, the pleasant and friendly service, choice between 3 tasting menus + 1, and it is allowed also ask for variations on the dishes, the desserts are delicious even if with a limited choice. The only negative note is the furnishings and the slightly neglected environment, many details, to be reviewed, Armando, some advice ask your partner for an accurate and critical visit!

27/03/2024: Following an event, I stayed at Villa Sonnino; a wonderful villa/building from the 1500s, with ample internal and external parking close to the town of San Miniato. Easy to reach from the Florence-Pisa highway. Welcoming reception staff, as friendly and professional as the serving staff. Delicious dishes: excellent greetings, such as the sensational casarecce with white Cinta ragù and linguine with truffle peel. Rich sweet and savory buffet for breakfast: excellent homemade cakes, as well as various biscuits. Wonderful environments, as pleasant as the bedrooms with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It is useless to talk about the cleanliness found in the rooms and bathroom, and in all common areas. Savior

31/03/2024: Mirador exceptional restaurant, excellent fish, you can't stop eating, everything is delicious, the staff are very kind, Giovanna and Massimo are fantastic people, I recommend it with your eyes closed, try it to believe it.👍👌

20/02/2024: Peccato la cornice attuale della piazza in ristrutturazione ma nonostante questo siamo stati davvero bene. Personale molto gentile, simpatico, disponibile e preparato, hanno spiegato molto bene sia i piatti che il vino. Delizioso il vino 100% uve tempranillo e il tartufo davvero sublime, noi abbiamo provato solo quello nero e il livello era comunque ottimo. Tartare al tartufo pazzesca anche per la qualità della carne. Giusta qualità prezzo, se volete mangiare tartufo si spende e la loro offerta mi sembra giusta. Complimenti torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi in estate!

28/03/2024: Simple and a little old-fashioned environment, ok staff. Mainly Tuscan cuisine and very good, excellent for those looking for traditional Tuscan cuisine, average price. Advised.

18/03/2024: Ancient restaurant in the countryside of S. Miniato, the first time back in 1975... and still today the food is as good as many years ago. Typical Tuscan cuisine. Fried rabbit and artichokes as delicious as anything on the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO EAT GENUINE

30/11/2023: It's been a long time since I went to eat at this place and I have to say I was wrong! I went back last night and ate a very good, very special charcoal pizza, and the proof is that in the morning I didn't wake up with a bloated stomach as happens other times when I eat pizza. Always welcoming environment, excellent service, polite and nice. Well done! See you soon. Oh last but not least we spent a more than fair amount.

30/03/2024: I'm not easily impressed, but I haven't eaten as good as this one in a long time. There is a fine selection of extremely tasty local dishes, a rustic atmosphere, really nice staff and all at really fair prices. If you find yourself near San Miniato, you should stop here.
