03/05/2024: The two of us arrived here early in the evening, right after opening time. Despite the fact that we were only looking for a good glass of wine, we were kindly guided to a table, after which they turned on the music just for us. Liking the ambience, we decided to have a look at the menu as well, after which we decided to eat there as well. The food was served very fast, presentated beautifully, and the quality was very good. While we were eating the restaurant gradually filled with locals and the occassional group of tourists. By the time we finished our main course we had about 25 minutes left, because we were on a schedule. Having received our main courses very quickly, we expected this to be enough time to still order dessert, but since the restaurant was filled to the brim that was a bad estimate on our side. By the time we almost had to leave we still had not received our dessert, despite asking the staff if it was almost ready, because we had to leave soon (which we should've indicated earlier). By the time we had to leave we had not yet received it, so I went to pay. Checking the bill I noticed the dessert was not on there, so I asked if that was correct. The manager confirmed that it was correct, but then went to the kitchen and came back with our dessert in a box for us to take away. I then offered to pay it still, but she said that it was all good and told us to enjoy the dessert (which we certainly did!) All in all we had a wonderul evening that we won't forget soon. Would definitely recommend going here!

01/05/2024: Risotto arrived half warm and after mixing it with ricotta turned almost cold. Insalata mista was fresh and sizeable. Excellent choice of wines.

07/04/2024: The restaurant looks great and is very nicely decorated. The waiters were very nice and polite. However, I found the quality of the service to be below average. Although we ordered a relatively expensive Brunello wine, it wasn’t decanted, and none of the waiters refilled our glasses. Our table didn’t have salt, pepper, and olive oil and we were looking for the waiter for at least 5 mins to ask for it. Our plates were taken away while we were still finishing our appetizers, and the next course arrived 10 minutes later. I wouldn’t have written this review if the steak we ordered had been good. The meat was not tender and was quite chewy. I wouldn’t revisit.

02/04/2024: Terrible experience. Octopus with silly, acidic potatoes and hard potatoes, tasteless first courses and probably with frozen ingredients...incommentable spaghetti with squid ink. I'm sorry for the service because the girl was obviously having difficulty in service, management and understanding Italian well. Experience not to be repeated.

29/03/2024: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant. Simple and welcoming place offering high-level cuisine. Fresh and high quality products. We tasted vegetable pies, salmon and asparagus risotto and a tuna steak which my partner wanted to repeat due to its deliciousness. The staff is also courteous and hospitable. We will definitely be back.

27/03/2024: Regional, very authentic restaurant. This is where the locals come to eat. Warm and personal welcome and service. Really, really tasty. Small menu with regional cuisine. Everything freshly prepared and very tasty! Dogs are allowed in. Opens daily at 7:30 p.m

17/01/2024: Une grande déception pour une recommandation Michelin. Vraiment aucune recherche dans les plats, les produits utilisés ne sont pas qualitatifs et aucun assaisonnement. Nous sommes habitués aux bonnes tables et vraiment ce restaurant n’aura jamais d’étoile malgré ce qu’il prétend. Une entrée oeuf poché dans une espèce de soupe sans saveur (impossible de déterminer le légume présent), de la truffe sans aucun goût. Ensuite, de l’agneau servi froid, on demande de le réchauffer il revient ensuite trop cuit… Des pâtes aux palourdes avec des moules complètement flétries, vraiment pas appétissant. Un restaurant très prétentieux pour une cuisine décevante.

31/12/2023: Locale molto raffinato, con personale gentile e cordiale, a due passi da Piazza del Campo. Abbiamo scelto il menu alla carta: le portate erano delicate, ben presentate e molto ricercate. Ottima la carta dei vini, lasciatevi guidare dal maitre che saprà stupirvi con degli abbinamenti ad-ok. Consigliatissimo anche il cheesecake al cioccolato bianco e la selezione di caffè.

06/04/2024: This place is honestly one of my fav spots in Siena, as I have met many of my friends there, the staffs are really friendly and nice and speccially that they have discount for students.

04/04/2024: Enea is the perfect hangout spot, especially because of its amazing staff. They're super friendly and make you feel really welcome. Whether you want a fancy drink or just a chat, they've got you covered. Plus, the prices are really good, so you can have a great time without breaking the bank! I’ve been there many times and only had very positive experiences! I advise everyone that is in Siena to step by and see for themselves!

27/03/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant because it belongs to the hotel where we were staying. High quality food, at a good price for what is offered, and very good service. In addition, the atmosphere is classic and elegant.

09/03/2024: In vacanza con amici, eravamo alloggiati nell'albergo che ospita il ristorante. Di buon livello il servizio, le pietanze, il rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente da consigliare.

01/05/2024: Very nice place, excellent quality food, we took a very generous platter for two, however there are many interesting dishes that we haven't tried, excellent desserts, excellent and very friendly service, when we return to Siena it will be one of our stops, fair price.

25/03/2024: Truly wonderful place run by very nice and friendly people. The owner Emma is a very kind person able to satisfy any need. The structure offers a welcoming atmosphere and is able to let you savor all the flavors of Siena's cuisine. Personally I took a mixed platter of cured meats, cheeses, fruit and much more accompanied with a magnificent prosecco, all delicious.

01/05/2024: This place seems like it is geared around serving the campground next to it. The food was pretty underwhelming. Service was not bad, staff was attentive, but with all the other choices for authentic cuisine around I would not recommend it unless you are not very selective with what you eat. We didn’t finish our food and went to the pizzeria right up the road. Less than mid.

19/08/2023: We went to visit Siena in August 2023 and stopped at this ice cream shop. The owner was very kind and gave our dog some water and also a cup of ice cream. We always have fresh water for the dog. The ice cream is very good and of excellent quality. I highly recommend you stop by and you will be thrilled. I thank the owner again for his kindness and I apologize for not stopping by on my return from the Siena trip having done an alternative tour.
