05/04/2024: Discourtesy, rudeness and filth. We sit on two stools and a small table, after having purchased a beer and a bottle of water (not to eat since last time we found hair inside our sandwiches, and last month the first one with meat sauce was sour to say the least, so much so that I sent it back). We had our backpack open on the table from which we could clearly see the paper bags of our FINISHED sandwiches (which we had consumed elsewhere). A "lady" arrives and, in a rude manner to say the least, tells us that we could not stay at the table since we had not purchased anything there. I point out to her that we had purchased what we were consuming there (water and beer) and she continues repeating the same senseless phrase. Among other things, the terrace was frequented almost exclusively by people sunbathing without consuming anything. We have been stopping here for convenience every year for 10 years, they have never shone for the cleanliness and goodness of the dishes, but after this I will never stop again! Instead, I recommend the RIFUGIO TONDI, reachable by the "Vitelli" chairlift, where you will find excellent dishes and very friendly staff.

26/03/2024: Very disappointed that they do not offer gluten free options. We were seated at a table which was separated by a glass divider. Therefore I was sitting opposite a complete stranger. Really weird. My salad was fresh but the olives were not nice and the feta cheese was not top notch. My husband's meal was very badly plated. Although he said it tasted ok, it did not look very appetizing.

26/03/2024: There is only what is on the menu! Small adjustments are not possible. A pity. It would be so easy to make small menu changes for the guest. And in a place where a lot of tourists come.

29/03/2024: I have stayed with my family several times in this hotel, excellent location, elegant and well-kept rooms, friendly staff. Truly recommended. Thanks to Mrs. Lucia, attentive to customer needs.

02/01/2024: Siamo un gruppo di amici molto grande e abbiamo passato il capodanno in questa baita in maniera squisita! I piatti serviti sono stati tutti buonissimi e presentati in maniera creativa. Ivano con la moglie, la figlia e il loro staff ci hanno coccolati e soddisfatti in ogni nostra richiesta in maniera molto professionale: ORGANIZZAZIONE, FOOD E BEVERAGE PERFETTI!

14/11/2023: Quando mi trovo a Cortina non posso saltare la cena alla Locanda.La famiglia che gestisce ti fa sentire come a casa , sempre gentilissimi ,cibo ottimo e location molto coccola.Consigliata la fonduta e la tartare di cervo.Top

01/04/2024: I had read the reviews and was worried but in reality I understood that the rooms are all different and ours was really, really nice. The staff is sociable and helpful even if there is a bit of general disorganization. The food is good, but you don't have to rush... Breakfast is served in a wonderful room: the buffet is good except for the quality of the desserts which is not exceptional. The bar is fantastic: from 7pm the music starts and the party begins!!! There's fun to be had, for sure. The location of the hotel is exceptional, right in the center of the Corso, in front of the Duomo. A plus: dogs allowed.

25/03/2024: Very central hotel, near the church of Cortina, perhaps one of the oldest. Had lunch in a large room furnished in Cortinese style. Recommended spatzle and polenta with stew.

04/04/2024: Really good place to stay at cortina. With car all is really by hand. And they also have a bus near. Staff gentle. Amazing views and rooms.

27/01/2024: locale tipicamente montano con una bella struttura ricettiva esterna. cucina tipica dai gusti decisi e curiosi in alcune preparazioni e piati non troppo abbondanti ma che ti fanno desiderare la pennica post digestione. insomma un bel locale gestito da ragazzi giovani e motivati che sanno fare bene e hanno voglia di crescere. menù ricco e diversificato; difficile non trovare qualcosa che ti catturi.

28/12/2023: We ate well, but very expensive, like everything in Cortina d Ampezzo. In summer it must be very good in the garden, but we were there in December. The service is very attentive and pleasant, like everyone we have met in the Dolomites.

16/02/2024: 2800 metri e non li dimostra. Nonostante l'altezza e la necessita' di portare tutto via funivia, la cucina dle Lagazuoi rimane tra le migliori di baite e non solo nella zona. Pochi piatti ma ben preparati e serviti. Si sente davvero il sapore di cosa e' contenuto nel piatto. I casunsei alle rape rosse, ad esempio: la barbabietola ti balza al naso decisa, segno di ingredienti di qualita' e freschi. Due appunti minori: il burro utilizzato potrebbe essere migliore cosi come la lista dei vini.

29/02/2024: Tutto veramente ottimo e il cibo di qualità nettamente superiore! Che dire del personale: cordiale umile e ti consiglia davvero su cosa prendere nonché sulle quantità.

06/11/2023: Being an average pizza in Italy is still better than most pizzas in the US! The pizza here was fine, with a good crust, fine toppings and lots of options. We ate here only because our hotel does not serve dinners one night a week and so, being tired of fancy food every night at the hotel, we wanted a good pizza. This restaurant left us feeling satisfied if not impressed.

04/03/2024: A nice discovery in the center of Cortina. Young and very kind waiters. Simple but well-executed dishes (the cooking of the Iberian cerdo was perfect). Also tried a Sicilian pork ham, very good. I also really appreciated the fact that there were many grilled vegetables as a side dish for the meats. Whether it's lunch or dinner, you'll find something that's right for you. Very satisfied, I recommend it

28/02/2024: We had lovely dinner , it was the last minute choice . Honestly i am a bit surprise by poor rating given so far. Services were amazing with attention to details or requests we made . i had my cookies packed to take away. Not to mention food served so elegant and looking very gourmand. For these who appreciate quality absolutely recommended. Gracie mille all équipe!

15/01/2024: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo dopo una escursione iniziata al parcheggio Sant'Uberto e proseguita lungo il Ciampo de Grosc. Ambiente tipicamente ampezzano (quello vero e non quello ricostruito con eccesso di opulenza). Servizio molto cortese e rapido. Ottima la scelta dei cibi e alcuni davvero sfiziosi come la zuppa di pastinacca con olio di abete rosso, che ho trovato deliziosa. Assolutamente corretto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima anche la scelta dei distillati che ci sono stati offerti a fine pranzo. La prossima volta assaggerò quello alle pigne di larice.

03/01/2024: Siamo stati ospiti 2 gg con cenone di capodanno : strepitoso mangiato benissimo molto curato, e servizio sempre molto efficiente. Per essere una malga non è poco organizzare cenone a base di pesce ma con presenza anche di piatti di carne ( eccellenti le cappesante gratinate e il filetto di cervo)!!!

12/01/2024: Una certezza! Posto del ❤️ Siamo stati due giorni consecutivi a cena. Primo giorno pizza: veramente buona Secondo giorno (31.12.23) antipasto formaggi, primo, dolce, vino. Tutto eccezionale, personale super gentile e disponibile e location altrettanto meritevole. Vasto vi ama ❤️ All'anno prossimo

30/12/2023: Pranzo del 30 Dicembre. Molto affollato e attesa abbastanza lunga. Piatti nella media. Servizio scadente, da migliorare.
