27/08/2023: La birreria ha una posizione centralissima! Ad agosto si vivono a pieno gli eventi musicali e culturali che si svolgono in piazza. Cocktail e birre buonissime, Anche i panini ed i piatti sono squisiti e le carni sono di prima scelta! Lo staff gentile, cordiale e simpatico! Consigliato a tutti!! Tappa da non perdere!!!

The place is nice, well furnished with a minimalist touch. The mimosa cake is exceptional and the idea of ​​the single-portion mini mimosa is also greatly appreciated. Here, tradition and modernity blend perfectly. I recommend this place to those who want to taste the real mimosa cake, to those who are passing through Rieti as a tourist, or simply to those who want to treat themselves to a quality cake or sweet.

02/04/2024: Cozy and with good food. The owners are incredibly kind and have a particular sensitivity towards children and people with celiac disease. Freshly prepared dishes, quality ingredients. An excellent restaurant to stop during a trip, it feels like taking a dive into the past because the furnishings are a little dated, but this does not affect the quality of the food. We will definitely return if we are passing through this stretch of the A1 (also because it is not far from the Magliano Sabina toll booth).

01/04/2024: Dicono che la cucina sia poesia per il palato, cura per la tristezza, ricchezza per il corpo e la mente. Si, qui a C'è Catino, della simpatica Valentina Binaghi e del maestro Roberto Binaghi che non chiamo chef, ma appunto maestro, dal momento in cui come il Re Mida tutto ciò che tocca diventa oro, dai primi piatti ai dolci, rigorosamente di tradizione Sabina e Romana, provare queste emozioni diventa realtà! Quindi, se cercate del buon cibo, al giusto prezzo, con una qualità indiscutibile della materia prima, compresa la strepitosa pinsa romana che solo oggi ho assaggiato come antipasto, o con l'arrivo dell'estate un ottimo gelato artigianale vero (nel senso che l'ho visto io fare con i miei occhi) su una bella terrazza che affaccia su oliveti e vigneti, andate a C'è Catino! Grazie di tutto Roberto e Valentina.

11/03/2024: Ristorante situato nei pressi del Lago del Salto; carino all’interno. Siamo arrivati alle 14:02 per pranzare. Per cominciare, il forno a pranzo è spento, ma non è ben specificato, quindi l’ordine di bruschette o pizze non è disponibile. C’è una disponibilità di tre antipasti: io ed un mio amico abbiamo optato per l’antipasto “Prosciutto crudo e pecorino” (nel quale non era specificata la quantità), per la modica cifra di 8€. L’antipasto conteneva in totale 4 fette di prosciutto e 4 di pecorino, per un totale di due fette di prosciutto e pecorino a testa, un prezzo inaccettabile per il contenuto mangiato. Inoltre per l’arrivo dei primi, dopo gli antipasti, c’è voluto abbastanza tempo, e alla domanda ad uno dei camerieri “Quanto manca per i primi?”, c’è stata data la risposta “Il tempo che si cuociano”. Come terzo punto di critica, il cameriere, all’ordine di altre due bottiglie di acqua, ha immediatamente tolto le precedenti dal tavolo, senza accorgersi che in una bottiglia rimaneva ancora abbastanza acqua. In compenso, cibo modestamente buono, posto accogliente, e al pagamento c’è stato fatto un discreto sconto.

27/01/2024: Simple restaurant, few but quality dishes. :-) Excellent prices, very kind staff. We tried both the first courses (gnocchi with mutton) and the polenta (off the menu). Maybe I would add some appetizers in addition to the mixed platter but it's a minor aspect.
