31/03/2024: Delicious dinner in this restaurant with a typical Salento flavor! Delicious Orecchiette made with burnt wheat, as were the fish, meat and vegan second courses that we enjoyed with our friends. The kitchen also offers a delicious white pizza and breads made from special, very soft flours! Excellent value for money, and very kind owners.

06/02/2024: Pizza restaurant known for a dinner with friends in the lower Salento. The restaurant is really very large and crowded in high season, but it is located in a fairly desolate area and certainly boasts a beautiful view of the sea during the day. We ate some pizzas and shared some chips while waiting. I must admit that the pizzas are good both in the dough and in the ingredients used. However, paying an average of €15/16 for a pizza seems to me, with all my good will, to be a mistake. Unfortunately, skyrocketing inflation in 2023 has also arrived due to these irregular increases by too many merchants. Since there are no rules in the free market, it would be desirable for restaurateurs, merchants and sellers in general to operate conscientiously, but unfortunately this seems like a utopia in much of Italy.

24/03/2024: I was last night. The hospitality from the staff and the owner was very welcome... we ordered a second course of meat (very good) but the real delicacy was the tagliatelle with yellow tomatoes with capocollo from Martina Franca and almonds ..a real pleasure for the palate. The place is very relaxing, soft lights and sweet background music. I highly recommend it and we will return without a doubt.

14/03/2024: Food was good, but a bit too hyped by the chef. The waitress was somehow slow snd inattentive even though we were with two small kids and I would guess she would want us out quickly for the sake of other guests. The place has no outdoor sitting and it felt a bit crammed.

03/04/2024: A place with attention to the smallest details, in a slightly industrial style, perhaps to recall what the place was originally. The staff is courteous, present throughout the stay despite the place being full and available to satisfy customer requests. They have a varied menu, different types of pizza dough. I ordered a Margherita, light dough not with high edges like I like but still good. Good price quality. They also have an outdoor room, which I haven't had the pleasure of accessing yet but it seems really welcoming and I will be back to have this pleasure.

31/03/2024: Very large and very beautiful place in terms of aesthetics, it seems to have been a tannery historically, the star vaults blend perfectly with the modern style of the furnishings. Both internal and external room for summer evenings. Easy to find outdoor parking. I had the opportunity to taste a mixed fruit which was excellent but in my opinion a little poor, we could be more daring. The pizza I asked for with double mozzarella was good but my request was not granted. The place is suitable for groups of people and why not also for celebrating events. The staff were very helpful and friendly, very fast perhaps a little too much as it was Saturday and it was packed. I recommend it during the days of the week with less chaos. Until next time. 09/04/2024: Very nice restaurant, located right on the central square of the town. Homemade pasta with excellent sauce. The service is good. The chocolate soufflé is also good, but a scoop of vanilla ice cream instead of the ready-made cream could improve the whole thing significantly.
