06/04/2024: A terrible experience, after a hot fish appetizer (1 capa santa, 2 scallops, 2 cape lungo, 6 small clams and 8 small mussels, all uniformly covered by an indefinite layer of simple and also burnt breadcrumbs, we left immediately. We paid 22 euros each plus cover charge and drinks (54) and it's ok, but certainly not because of that unworthy dish to be called such. Dear owners, unfortunately bad bad. I have never eaten a hot appetizer like this, not even in a tavern

05/04/2024: Food itself was okay. We paid €8 for a portion of fries. This was also rather medium-sized. Pure rip off...

22/10/2023: Habe meine Frau zum Hochzeitstag überrascht ..Sie war begeistert ..Schöne Zimmer...tolle Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool.. Am Abend ein 6 Gang Überaschungsmenü ( Fisch) : SENSATIONELL !!! Tolle, freundliche Bedienung - ( incl. Juniorchef !) ...und das Essen vom Feinsten 😋.....Das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl: vom Chef persönlich serviert .... Freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Frühjahr 2024 !!

24/09/2023: Ho passato una serata molto piacevole in questo ristorante e ho mangiato cibo di altissima qualità, cibo che non si scorda facilmente. Il locale è piccolo, romantico e molto accogliente. Si respira una atmosfera tranquilla e molto rilassante. Il menù propone piatti vari ed interessanti, sia di carne, sia di pesce. Ottima la carta dei vini che viene illustrata sapientemente da un ragazzo molto preparato: ogni vino di interesse viene presentato al tavolo prima della scelta. Il cibo è veramente di altissima qualità, tutto estremamente buono, leggero, perfettamente digeribile e ben impiattato. Fascia di prezzo alta ma perfettamente in linea con il cibo offerto e il contesto.

11/05/2024: We ate here 10 May..not busy but the waiter acted like it was. It’s a pretty location but that doesn’t mean you should eat here. It was the worst meal we had in our 3 plus weeks of traveling through Spain and now north Italy. I’m not even going to mention the inflated prices because you’re paying for “the view”. The risotto was flavorless and watery and just a bit shy of crunchy. We ordered one of the pork appetizers and were brought two, thinking they had split it for us. It was tasty but certainly not worth the cost. We spent about 80 euros and left hungry (since the risotto was so poor we didn’t even eat much of it) Also, after asking for the check it probably took 20 minutes for the waiter to cash us out.

09/05/2024: I'll start with the atmosphere - it's amazing, especially for us landlubbers. Very pleasant service and you can see that they work here with love. When you order the fish, they first let you choose it and prepare it to your liking. Too bad we can't go here more often. In short, a fairy tale and a beautiful experience. I am attaching a few photos to give you an idea.

04/05/2024: They tried, but there were insects in the tea, the americano's were cold and they forgot other drinks multiple times. The wait time was 15 minutes while we were the only ones in the restaurant.

30/04/2024: We had a great dinner at this lovely historic place. The dishes were excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive. In addition to the food, there were also great wines. I recommend it to everyone who wants real hospitality!

21/02/2024: In a very good location, close to the city center and the sea. It was a bit noisy, because the kebab shop on the corner imagines itself as a dj, and it was disturbing until midnight, even with the window closed.

03/12/2023: Ristorante a cui non si può dir nulla se non CONSIGLIATISSIMO. Ambiente disteso e familiare, personale cortese e simpatico, conto adeguato ma soprattutto cibo a dir poco delizioso! Abbiamo iniziato con due primi: un tagliolino con granchio alla busera e un raviolo ripieno di baccalà in crema di cipollotto e crumble di mandorle. Entrambi fenomenali ma il tagliolino e una vera goduria. Come secondi abbiamo scelto i moscardini serviti su un crostone di pane con il loro guazzetto e una coda di rospo con carciofi spadellati, entrambi eccellenti. Con vino, due caffè e due amari offerti abbiamo speso 45€ a testa. Assolutamente prezzi onesti vista la quantità e la qualità delle pietanze. Ottimo! Immancabile tappa se si è a Trieste!
