09/03/2024: L'osteria è un piccolo locale nel centro della città, che fa della semplicità il suo punto di forza. La proposta di Paola Passuello e legata al proprio territorio, ma non rinuncia a qualche escursione in Liguria, tenendo sempre alta l'attenzione per le materie prime soprattutto locali. Potete scegliere di mangiare in una delle tre sale , arredate in modo sobrio o, nella bella stagione, nello spazio esterno posto sul sagrato dell'ex chiesa di San Michele, ora conosciuta da tutti come Diavolo Rosso. Le influenze liguri sono riscontrabili soprattutto nella preparazione di piatti a base di pesce. Per antipasto non perdete la battuta di carne di fassona o il baccalà alla brandacujun , tra i primi gli immancabili agnolotti al plin o le trofie al pesto, come secondo coniglio alla ligure o brasato al barbera. Il bunet, le pesche e cioccolato, il tiramisù completano l'offerta. Ben articolata la selezione dei formaggi. Fornita la carta dei vini incentrata sui rossi piemontesi e bianchi del nord Italia. Ottimi i grissini.

23/03/2024: The food is great. Definitely worth the price. The waiter was super friendly and helpful. For the rest I was stared at at the entrance (yes, I was dressed as a motorbike so obviously I didn't have the desired clothing for the venue). When we asked for wine, the glass was offered to us. The table does not include a tablecloth, too bad the table joints are full of crumbs. However I recommend it. Just a little tip: the dress doesn't make the man... avoid being so shameless in observing the client's external appearance. Furthermore, the wine must be opened at the table in front of the customer.

07/03/2024: Ambiente rinnovato, molto carino, anche se l'entrata/uscita poco agevole e non di grande impatto. Cucina ottima (il vitello tonnato uno dei più buoni mai mangiati!), servizio attento e puntuale, bella idea la carta dei vini "a vista". Ci ritorneremo!

27/12/2023: My most sincere compliments to the managers of this bar near the Asti station, for having been able to understand the needs of an increasingly larger segment of consumers: vegans and intolerants. Here it is in fact possible to find, in addition to the classic soy milk (now available in almost any place), also a good variety of delicious 100% vegetable croissants; all served by very kind and knowledgeable staff. Perfect for a quick break while waiting for the train or bus.

23/12/2023: The staff is pleasant, young and lively. For breakfast you can choose between 3 variations of vegan croissant, of which I recommend the one with jam and aloe which I had never found anywhere. It was a very pleasant surprise. Definitely worth trying and attending!!

Interestingly, some pizzas have a Piedmontese name. To be picky, the room should be equipped with some measures to reduce the murmur.

01/02/2024: Everything was perfect... and the gnocchi were delicious, the wild boar stew was delicious and very tender... but at least I didn't like the chestnut soufflé very much... but I still gave it full marks because you deserve it.

29/03/2024: Go for dinner, a place in the city center reachable both on foot from the historic center and by car.. Internally it is pleasantly vintage without excess. Excellent and quick service, courtesy and kindness are the basis. The food is top quality, presented well and reflects the excellent flavours. Self service is offered during the week and a restaurant on weekends. Highly recommended, good value for money.
