04/11/2023: Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, nice people, good food although I would have liked a few more dishes from Salento and not just from the Gargano, however. Cold cuts, meats and cheeses were all of high quality. To be recommended and to return, well done.

29/10/2023: I knew this place existed but had never had the opportunity to go there. Passing through Arona on my way back from Meina to visit relatives, I stopped to try the cuisine with my whole family. I must say that the atmosphere takes you back to the years when the boat was in service. The staff, kind and knowledgeable, were able to best advise us on the food without hiding a streak of "familiarity" that accompanied the lunch well. Generous portions and freshly prepared excellent desserts and friendliness completed a truly spectacular meal. Not often at the end of a lunch or dinner when we get to the fateful question asked by the staff "how did it go?" I replied I AM HAPPY because a good meal is often just good and this in itself is an excellent thing but you're rarely even happy (and as sated as a little calf :P). We will come back for sure.

10/03/2024: Questa è la seconda volta che ci sono stata. Abbiamo preso il menu di degustazione di 60 Euro vino esclusi. 1 entrée, 1 antipasto, 2 secondi, dolce . Mi capita sempre che si sia qualcosa che mi piace di meno o che avrei fatto diversamente invece era fatto alla perfezione dalle cotture, agli abbinamenti, il gusto , i colori …. Il tutto a un prezzo molto contenuto visto la qualità e la lavorazione dei piatti. Hanno un’ottima selezione di vini ricercati. Il ragazzo (non ho chiesto il nome) che ci ha servito è il top, molto gentile, molto preparato e un ottimo sommelier …. anche simpatico. il locale è arredato minimal con gusto ma lo stesso molto accogliente. Se amate la cucina raffinata e creativa … andateci!

20/02/2024: Tried the Lunzon event, despite a really large influx the quality of the food was excellent!!! Fresh cut cured meats, not prepared on the plate in the morning for the evening, paniscia cooked to perfection, tender meat with a rosy interior. Excellent wines. Seeing is believing!

01/04/2024: Easter lunch with fixed menu, as a premise. Let's start with the environment which is really nice and an ideal place for groups of people. Well furnished and pleasant to look at. The service was up to par even if a criticism should be made for the fact that one or two more people were certainly missing staff, this is because between one course and another the waiting time was long and above all the first courses arrived from the kitchen a little cold. The food is good, variety of cured meats and the fish was also good. Definitely a place worth visiting if you are in the area. The day was rainy and did not allow us to admire the view which would have been very beautiful.

31/03/2024: Easter lunch at a fixed price, with excellent value for money. A place that goes unnoticed from the outside, but inside reveals a very careful attention to detail, with the right spaces between the tables. Attentive service, excellent cheese and cured meat platter with fried gnocco. The first courses were very good: pappardelle with asparagus carbonara and crispy bacon, seafood ravioli.
