26/02/2024: Small but very welcoming and characteristic environment. Friendly staff. Menu with good choice of typical dishes. On a negative note, the shank was too tough and I didn't like it. Average prices for the area which for me are always too high.

Every aspect is excellent, in my opinion: smooth jazz music on a background, tideness, extremely polite staff, food is incredibly tasty 😋 (especially Gulasch soup). This is a dog friendly Bistro, which is a big plus for some clients like me. Special thanks to Chef! It was a pleasure to meet such a friendly, nice, polite, and very positive person!

26/01/2024: Our discovery this time in Seis. Authentic Tyrolean cuisine at its best! The dumplings are particularly noteworthy, whether as bacon dumplings with goulash or as spinach dumplings with Gorgonzola sauce. Added to this is the proverbial South Tyrolean hospitality. We will be back!

08/02/2024: That could be better! Years ago you could absolutely recommend the homemade cakes on Langfenn. But this time we were clumsily served a miserable, expensive, homemade cake. My wife was looking forward to a piece of raspberry cream. She received a square corner piece of the cake tray that was already completely dry on the outside. The cream filling in between was extremely thin and the cream on top was already completely dry. In between there were 2 small raspberries. This raspberry cream was really old, covered with lots of powdered sugar. Almost 5 euros were charged for this pathetic piece. Cautious criticism from us was only answered with “so”. Dear cake baker, there needs to be a lot of improvement here, especially at such prices! She really can do better. You don't serve something like that to a guest.

16/02/2024: Arrivato a Bolzano senza metà, abbiamo fatto una passeggiata per il centro e ho cercato un locale dove mangiare tramite l'applicazione della Associazione Italiana Celiachia (AIC). Senza saperlo mi sono ritrovato proprio davanti al ristorante Walther's, nella centralissima piazza Walther e le recensioni utenti AIC erano confortanti. Avevo un problema: avevamo portato con noi anche il nostro giovane cane di taglia media. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile accedere anche con il cane e non solo ci hanno accolto senza fastidio, ma subito ci hanno portato anche una ciotola di acqua per il nostro cane. Il menù è quasi tutto in versione anche senza glutine. A mia figlia brillano gli occhi quando può scegliere tra vari piatti come tutti! Ma ancora più le brillavano quando ha assaggiato gli gnocchi al radicchio: i migliori assaggiati da anni! Anche il tiramisù senza glutine era ottimo. Gustoso il bis di canederli su un letto di verza e formaggio e le verdure wok con scamorza. Piacevolissima l'accoglienza del personale di sala, tutti molto gentili. Una speciale menzione a William che ci ha descritto e consigliato con cura tutti i piatti e ha contribuito a rendere speciale una piacevole serata in famiglia! Piacevole atmosfera. Un piacevole ricordo! Grazie di tutto!

05/02/2024: Ottimo locale per chi, come me, è celiaco ma non vuole rinunciare alla possibilità di scegliere tra differenti piatti della tradizione. All'interno del menù, infatti, è segnalato accanto ad ogni piatto se vi è la possibilità di richiedere il senza glutine. Io ho preso dei gustosi gnocchi con salamella e radicchio e un ottimo strudel. Consiglio vivamente!

10/12/2023: Locale molto caratteristico in stile bavarese. Molto pulito. Personale gentile e preparato. Piatti molto gustosi e porzioni abbondanti. Parcheggio pubblico in fronte al locale. Assolutamente da provare.

19/11/2023: Service.. naja… mir nicht gerade ganz sympatisch… dies mag unter anderem auch daran liegen, dass aufgrund einer Meinungsverschiedenheit des Nachbartisches (eine Gruppe Einheimischer) und den Gastgebern, laut und hörbar von einem/r der Gastgeber/innen an unserem Tisch über den Nachbarstisch hergezogen wurde. Es ist anzumerken, dass diese Gäste immer noch neben uns saßen. Auf meine Ammerkung hin, dass diese Gäste eher nicht mehr kommen werden, wurde die Aussage von einem/r der Gastgeber/innen geäußert, dass es ihm/ihr doch lieber wäre, diese Gruppe käme ein kommendes Jahr nicht mehr zum Törggelen… ich muss sagen, ich werde auch nicht mehr kommen, aber das wird dann wohl auch egal sein… Schade, denn die Schlutzkrapfen waren ein Träumchen…

12/08/2023: Abbiamo pranzato con i nostri bimbi e ci siamo leccati i baffi per le prelibatezze di questo food truck! Ci si adatta sotto una veranda con tavoli e sedie in plastica, ma il servizio e il Cibo sono davvero buonissimi! Abbiamo ordinato un panino con hamburger tirolese, due piatti con salsiccia e pane e un piatto con salsiccia affumicata e pane e due porzioni di patatine fritte, due acqua per un totale di 31€, buon rapporto qualità prezzo! Altamente consigliato!
