27/03/2024: Un locale che ha aggiunto all'attività di salumeria (salumi e formaggi di qualità), anche un servizio ai tavoli con diversi primi, secondi e contorni. Non ha un parcheggio privato per le auto. Pochi tavoli (occorre prenotare) , buona qualità dei prodotti, servizio veloce.

27/03/2024: I wanted to celebrate my birthday yesterday, having dinner with my vegetarian girlfriend, starting from Calabria. It's not a joke. We really did it, because we knew what we were going to encounter, having already been there in the past. Location, service, quality and variety of dishes are all top level. And for the occasion, the owner chef of the restaurant, a man of refined and universal competence, came to speak to us at the table. I put him first in Italy, in every season. My 44 years have been amply honored.

19/02/2024: precise that we were here 2 years ago. maybe things have changed now...Presumption is never a positive thing in the kitchen. We arrived with high expectations but unfortunately we were very disappointed. I had: duck ravioli, duck breast with artichokes, fried porcini mushrooms and coconut bavarois. Let's start from the first: the ravioli were very few but never mind, the problem is that they were flavourless; the duck breast good, the artichokes less so but okay, the fried porcini mushrooms inedible. They told us they had fresh porcini mushrooms "arrived today" and they can also be fried. Since I love fried porcini mushrooms I immediately ordered them. a bowl arrived with stems of porcini mushrooms defrosted in the microwave, a drizzle of oil and that was it. Rubbish and I'm gentle, water leaked everywhere. The dessert, coconut Bavarois with lime and pecan reduction. The Bavarois was quite good, the lime reduction was decent, the pecans were not received, they were normal nuts. I won't comment on the second person's menu... Lots of presumption but little substance and little preparation. Definitely to be avoided as a place. Absolutely excessive price.

31/03/2024: Locale davvero carino, davanti al duomo, abbastanza piccolo ma perfetto per gruppi di ragazzi. Cibo buono, forse tutto un po’ salato, abbiamo richiesto decisamente tanta volta il refill di acqua. La cosa più salata, tuttavia, è stata il conto. Consiglio quando andate alla cassa per pagare di farvi dire esattamente quanto costa ciò che avete preso, perché nonostante il nostro tentativo di rifare i calcoli, una volta usciti, c’erano circa 80€ in più rispetto a quanto effettivamente ordinato, A SPANNE considerando che il prezzo dell’antipasto è un’incognita. O almeno fatevi dare uno scontrino…. Se vi propongono un antipastone da dividere per quanti siete EVITATE… nonostante la nostra chiara intenzione di fare un piccolo antipasto per poi ordinare un piatto principale a testa, hanno ben pensato di fare i furbetti. Insomma per un antipasto da dividere, un secondo a testa con contorno, due dolci e una bottiglia di vino da 20€… quasi 60€ a testa mi sembra un po’ tantino. Comunque che ci sia da lezione, abbiamo sbagliato pure noi, però certamente non torneremo. Ah ottimi i dolci e simpatica la scelta di utilizzare le bottiglie di gin finite per l’acqua!

09/01/2024: We had lunch at this restaurant in the center of Arezzo. The place is nice and well furnished, the guy in the room is very kind and competent. The owner Luca was friendly and helpful. The ravioli for starters were a little dry, some sauce was missing. Pici with wild boar ragù with lots of sauce just how I like them. The stuffed rabbit is spectacular. The meat is soft, delicate and balanced. I recommend booking because the place is small but there are many requests.

01/04/2024: Splendid frescoes in the Bacci chapel, beautiful crucifix (master unknown), otherwise nothing exceptional compared to other basilicas of the same period. Excessive price (9 euros) to be left there to wander with only a brochure explaining the frescoes by Piero dalla Francesca.

22/03/2024: First Franciscan church in Rome, built in the place where Saint Francis came to pray together with Fra Leone. You can still see his room, with the stone on which he rested his head. Then there are two of his relics: a piece of sackcloth and a piece of bandage with which he covered the stigmata. The church, currently under restoration (the central nave and the cloister are not visible), contains important works of art: a bronze crucifix by Algardi (contained in the beautiful sacristy), an altarpiece by Salviati and one of the most famous monuments by Bernini, the one to Saint Ludovica Albertoni, depicted in ecstasy. Free entry. The church is run by some friars, one of whom acted as our guide for free (very good and knowledgeable) who help young migrants in difficulty, without help from the state.

27/03/2024: Perhaps the best choice of vegetables and herbs for lunch. But most importantly, there are several very rare wine producers. Very friendly staff and owner.

19/10/2023: Always a wide choice of excellent quality savory and sweet pieces. The guys at work are always kind and smiling but above all they know what they are doing; excellent coffee, cappuccinos and all counter products. Large space inside and outside, you can get your coffee for €1.20 and sit at the table. You can also have lunch with many choices and really fair prices. Dog welcome. Beautiful and good. Highly recommended! 😋❤️

07/03/2024: Ottima pasticceria, anche l'arredamento invita alla sosta e allo scambio di opinioni con il personale, veramente gentile. Attraverso le foto esposte, guidati dalla nipote del fondatore, abbiamo ripercorso la storia del locale. Bellissima atmosfera, di altri tempi, lontano dalla calca delle vie solitamente percorse dai turisti, vicino alla chiesa di San Domenico.
