12/02/2024: Many types of bread, many "flavoured"; I bought some very good sourdough white bread and some rolls with various seeds (a little dry). Exquisite strudel, good cafeteria and very kind staff.

23/02/2024: This is perfect place. Must be for everyone who is food lover. Perfect dinning with the family. The meals are awesome, high end. Don’t be afraid of trying various meals. All is on top of the top.
13/02/2024: It's a shame that the kitchen hood wasn't working that evening (so we were told). We weren't able to fully enjoy the dishes served due to the smoke and the smell in the room (your eyes would water).
Anyway, we'll be back

27/08/2023: Lovely evening with the family, evocative environment furnished in harmony with the area, excellent food: each dish releases surprise and harmony of colours, unpredictable and unexpected tastes and flavours.
Unfortunately, the service is not up to one star rating, the sommelier did not appear for advice on pairings with the chosen food except at the time of the mistaken bottle which was promptly replaced and for this we are grateful.
Overall a pleasant evening.

18/02/2024: Bellissima struttura molto curata in ogni sua area. Perfettamente mantenuta, molto elegante ed accogliente. Ottimo ristorante interno, colazione super abbondante con una ampia varietà di prodotti locali. Personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina meravigliosa con parte esterna riscaldata e ottima spa.
Molto carina l'idea della merenda pomeridiana al rientro dalle piste.
Davvero una bellissima esperienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente quanto prima!
11/02/2024: Das Hotel ist direkt an den Skipisten von Carezza gelegen. 2 Lifte starten direkt hinter dem Hotel.
Das Hotel selbst könnte man umschreiben mit: "Hotel aus den 80ern mit dem Versuch modern zu werden".
Es gibt ein neueres Schwimmbad auch zum raus Schwimmen. Wellness/Sauna Bereich ist aber relativ klein für die Größe des Hotels. Mehr als 10 Personen finden im Winter keinen Platz auf den Liegen.
Preis/ Leistung wird leider nicht erreicht.

Super friendly staff.
18/03/2024: Classic South Tyrolean mountain hut in a splendid position below the Catinaccio, reachable with a simple walk on a beaten road.
Pleasantly furnished, it offers tables both inside and outside.
The menu is the classic one of the Alto Adige mountain huts with simple but good quality dishes.
Average prices.
Friendly and helpful staff: they also accepted the reservation with an expected arrival by midday, an uncommon aspect in mountain huts and refuges.

Luogo storico di Carezza passato in più gestioni.
Attualmente Lucia e Desirée stanno gestendo un luogo caratterizzato da interni caratteristici con muri di pietra a vista, tavoli di legno panche … semplice ma in stile
Montanaro.
Camino acceso e griglia in bella vista.
Profumo di legno e clima famigliare.
Loro gentilissime e sorridenti.
All’ ingresso panchine con anche un po’ di ristoro per gli amici a 4 zampe.
Cibo ottimo per qualità e modalità di cottura.
Grigliata ottima per qualità e quantità (non troppa né troppo poca).
Dolce +++
Prenotare per la sera xe locale piccolo, a pranzo prenotare perché sé non hanno gente dopo un po’ chiudono.
Posto un po’ defilato ma a 5 minuti scarsi dalle piste e sé tanta neve ci si arriva con gli sci girando dalla chiesetta.
In estate appena dietro il grand Hotel Carezza.
Consigliatissimo. Prezzo circa 30-40€ a testa ma Ben spesi.

04/01/2024: Dopo una bella passeggiata attorno al lago di Carezza innevato abbiamo contattato questo locale per mangiare qualcosa...nel giro di 20 minuti ci hanno trovato un posto.
Abbiamo preso un tagliere di affettati e formaggi davvero di qualità, poi ho assaggiato i canederli che erano davvero buoni.
Non ho assaggiato i dolci ma erano molto invitanti.
Prezzo economico per la zona, location alla mano sembra di stare in famiglia.

02/02/2024: Cenato per la seconda volta, servizio impeccabile e gentile, mangiare tipico a prezzi corretti, lo strudel molto buono. Salumi nella norma, abbondanti, il goulash di vitello molto buono e senza grassi, la zuppa di gulash ricca di carne e patate. Primi con selvaggina copiosi e buoni. Locale caldo e accogliente
