17/03/2024: Weekend stay with entire family, no problem with the room for 2: nice and welcoming - apparently clean. Alas, the "manager" room booked 2 weeks before to accommodate 4 people (parents and children) was completely unprepared. First problem: cold room with no possibility of raising the temperature stuck at 17.5, 2 unmade beds without sheets, dead flies on the single beds on the mezzanine, rough balustrade (many splinters) unsafe and unstable steps on the staircase. Broken shower cubicle with glass falling off and no soap. Upon request, a boy from the team intervened, bringing the missing sheets and raising the temperature of the room by one degree. We requested a vacuum cleaner to remove the dead flies and the large amount of dust but it was never brought to us. As soon as they arrived, a member of the family was asked to connect to a site and register the documents. Normally this procedure must be carried out by the manager and NOT by the customer. As for the meals, excellent with local and abundant products. Unfortunately, the "sandwich bag" was disappointing because the sandwiches were poorly filled and the bread was of poor quality. Recommended for a good meal with friends while prices are not in line with the service offered by the "manager" room

17/03/2024: Se cerchi un rifugio dove riscoprire la genuinità e la purezza della vera montagna questo è il posto che fa per te. Dopo una piacevole gita nella neve di circa due ore vieni accolto con un sorriso che ti ripaga di tutto lo sforzo, se poi provate la loro cucina vi innamorerete completamente di questo rifugio. Noi abbiamo preso il tagliere misto con ingredienti esclusivamente del luogo e anche la paste sono tutte artigianali fatte da loro, porzioni più che abbondanti (con un tagliere in due eravamo già pieni) e prezzi onestissimi.

07/01/2024: We just went to eat and it was all delicious! The owner was very kind, we opted for the tasting menu. Mixed appetizer with vegetable omelette, Russian salad, lard and fennel salad, first the ravioles from Val Varaita, second with morsels of Lanzo meat with carrots and potatoes and for dessert a choice of various cakes I had the apricot tart. Everything was superb and the bill was totally within the norm. Advised!

03/04/2024: Found by pure chance while wandering around the center of Cuneo looking for a place to eat, we were attracted by the very beautiful and well-kept place. Excellent and kind service, traditional dish, but with a touch of modernity. Absolutely to return, highly recommended

31/03/2024: Easter lunch today with husband, friend and Biscotto 🐶 our dog; everything was excellent as expected, delicious food, attentive and helpful service, superlative dessert and final treat, an excellent dove in various flavors and the super dark and super good chocolate from the giant Easter egg broken live at the end of lunch! We will certainly return this summer for a relaxing day by the pool and perhaps enjoy a good lunch in the garden; congratulations to all the staff!

16/03/2024: Wonderful location, spa with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, bio sauna, hydromassage tub and a very good masseur who will make you have a wonderful time... excellent cuisine for both dinner and well-stocked breakfast.

10/03/2024: In questo locale è possibile assaporare una pizza strepitosa in un ambiente tranquillo ed accogliente. Il menù oltre a piatti tipici offre anche la possibilità di mangiare pesce... ottime le acciughe fritte ed il fritto di calamari. Super consigliato!!

25/02/2024: Tutto prelibato nonostante una scelta limitata ma le portate erano caratterizzate da una preparazione assolutamente familiare con prodotti di eccellenza. Complimenti alla giovane cuoca e alle sue proposte. Assolutamente consigliato che si trova in Alta Langa.
