05/04/2024: If you pass through Taormina during your vacation in Sicily, I advise you to stop for a cocktail here, they are very good, the waiters are very pleasant and kind, a little extra for the garnished toasts which are very good!

04/04/2024: Disappointing experience. We went there for after dinner drinks. Unfortunately, the drinks weren’t very good and not well mixed: too much sugar in it and too much acidity. Service was okay, but we were not allowed to use the toilets. The waiter claimed they were about to close the bar.

24/03/2024: Good food, if you can order it.. Around 8pm, not very crowded, given the time almost all aperitifs at the tables, perhaps a table with a little girl for some ice cream cups is not welcome... otherwise I don't know the reason for the excessive wait for an order (complete with teasing "yes, I'm coming", "just a second while I bring the glasses to that table"). Of course the kids at the tables need to be served the second round of drinks immediately, otherwise the aperitif food will get cold, the little girl can wait to order a jelly, it's already cold anyway

24/03/2024: Terrible experience! 2 of us sit down for a supposed aperitif which at the cash desk itself defines as "complete". They bring us a glass of wine and immediately afterwards a plate containing toast divided in two, 2 mozzarella sticks each and two fried mozzarella pieces each (do you call these rustic ones?). The other cocktail didn't arrive until half an hour later, when we had already finished. We ask if it was all there and they bring us chips, olives and peanuts. Yes, it's all here! At the modest sum of €12 each... oh and obviously there's a cover charge to add! NEVER AGAIN!!!

09/08/2023: Semplicemente eccezionale! Personale super gentile e disponibile, massima attenzione per il cliente. Pietanze abbondanti e di ottima qualità; abbiamo consumato un aperitivo molto ricco e variegato. Ottimi anche i cocktail, gelato e granita! per me la focaccia più buona della provincia di Messina!

12/11/2023: good food, but very high prices (way above stromboli standards) for relatively simple food (e.g. 115€ for a family platter pasta with tomato sauce) that were not communicated beforehand.

10/03/2024: We had a fantastic experience at this bar. We stumbled upon it by chance on Women's Day and had the chance to try some specialty coffees. Really delicious. Plus the staff is extremely friendly and the place is really welcoming!

19/02/2024: They don’t show you a menu , they treat you so special and at the end they serve very little, small plates . For an appetizer and a glass of HOUSE WINE , $27 , always ask the prices before you order , don’t let them choose for you! After I learn that few years ago someone wrote a note in the news that they were charging tourist extra! So be careful! Not even worth it!

09/12/2023: Do you want to go back in time? This is the most suitable place. By closing your eyes in front of any dish you can imagine being in front of a dish cooked by your grandmother. You can breathe tradition and warmth (and sorry if it's not much!)

02/04/2024: Excellent ice cream also located on the seafront you can enjoy a beautiful view. Many flavors are available but above all good taste

24/03/2024: Acqua e farina è un locale dall'interno scarno, in pieno centro a Milazzo, specializzato nelle fritture e in vari tipi di pizza. La qualità dei prodotti impiegata per la pizza è ottima così come l'impasto, sia quello tradizionale sia quello ai sette cereali. Col tempo, secondo me, possono migliorare ulteriormente considerando i pochi anni di vita.

21/03/2024: Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, pizza di alto livello, ingredienti di eccellenza, servizio attento ed impeccabile, pulizia dei locali. Piccoli e grandi dettagli che fanno la differenza! Lo consiglio. Chi lavora bene deve andare avanti ed essere gratificato. Complimenti!

24/08/2023: Io e la mia compagna abbiamo preso un arancino mozzarella e prosciutto e un'insalata eoliana. L'insalata era davvero buona. L'arancino non male; peccato che ci abbia detto che ci volevano circa 8 minuti per prepararlo e alla fino ci ha impiegato mezz'ora.

07/04/2024: It is one of the best takeaways in Messina. I particularly recommend the focaccia con tuma and the exceptional arancine. If you can, reserve them or wait for them to cook them expressly for you, avoid enjoying them reheated.

22/03/2024: The place is very nice, there is a wide variety, attention to detail and good products, although the prices are exorbitant, but so far I have nothing to object to, because you pay for the quality and also the staff. However, from a bakery that prides itself on being of such a high standard, I would have expected equally high service and hospitality. Upon entering, the situation is a bit confusing and not well organised, as there are two checkouts and two different queues, one for the bakery and one for the delicatessen, it would be up to the staff to direct people in order to avoid confused people, speed up the service avoiding queues and confusion, and perhaps paying more attention to the customer given that there is enough staff (five girls behind the counter) and that if they knew how to work they could provide a perfect service, also giving the right attention to the customer, offering the variety of products and perhaps increasing sales. Usually the lack of staff creates inconveniences, here the opposite. No smile, attention or kindness towards the customer, in fact I would almost say rudeness, when my number was called, given the confusion, I didn't hear immediately and a second later when the young lady called the next one I informed her and in full response I receive a resounding "good morning", obviously not to greet me, but to scold me for my distraction. I admire the fact that you have modernised, that you have invested so much, but along the way we must not lose sight of the fact that it is not just about wanting to be part of today's rankings that counts, we must also invest in staff training, in their relationship with the customer, which is not not at all obvious or innate. Education and professionalism as unknown.
