06/12/2023: I stayed overnight in fall 2023. Location and view fantastic. In the evening, when the day guests leave, it gets very quiet. Rooms simple but very clean and functional. Kitchen very good! I didn't miss WiFi + TV for a second. Prices are not cheap, but definitely justified.

05/04/2024: Very tasty food at fair prices. The service is also top notch in terms of friendliness and attentiveness. While eating it is possible to enjoy the view of the mountains. Even a little nightcap after a hearty meal has not gone out of style here. Thank you for the lovely evening we were able to spend with you. We'd love to come back. I would like to make a small side note: It would be great if your menu in the future also offered a slightly larger selection for our friends of vegetarian cuisine. Everything else is excellent. 02/04/2024: The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We can highly recommend the breakfast. There was everything we needed in the room. The bed was comfortable. We received the South Tyrol Guest Pass for our stay, which we were very happy to use. We had a pleasant time.

18/03/2024: Cozy cabin on a great hike. Nice hosts and homemade, very tasty apple strudel and fresh, aromatic bacon dumpling soup. Great experience. I'd love to have the apple strudel warm next time. The Kaiserschmarrn that was carried past us also looked great.

24/02/2024: La malga si trova in una zona bellissima e facile da raggiungere (noi ci siamo andato d'inverno con la neve) che lascia libertà di percorsi per tutte le esigenze. Purtroppo noi ci siamo fermati solo per uno spuntino a base di un buon piatto di speck e una birra, quindi possiamo dare solo un giudizio visivo dei piatti degli altri commensali, che ci sono comunque apparsi molto belli ed invitanti. La malga dispone di un ampio spazio esterno soleggiato, con molti tavoli anche lungo le pareti, quindi protetti da un eventuale vento. Vicino si trovano diversi prati (per noi innevati) che in estate possono essere luogo di giochi e relax. Personale molto gentile!

10/01/2024: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in un tradizionale ristorante tra le montagne del Colle e siamo rimasti estasiati dall'esperienza culinaria. Il menu offriva una vasta selezione di piatti raffinati e creativi, che hanno soddisfatto ogni nostro desiderio gastronomico. Dall'antipasto al dolce, ogni portata era una delizia per i sensi. La carta dei vini era altrettanto impressionante, con una selezione eccezionale di etichette provenienti da diverse regioni vinicole e soprattutto del posto. Abbiamo optato per un vino rosso corposo e aromatico, che si è rivelato il perfetto accompagnamento per i nostri piatti. Il capo sala era molto preparato e ci ha consigliato abbinamenti perfetti per ogni portata. Oltre alla qualità del cibo e dei vini, l'atmosfera del ristorante era incantevole. La vista panoramica sulle montagne e sulla città di Bolzano e l'arredamento altoatesino hanno reso la cena ancora più romantica. Il personale era cortese e attento, garantendo un servizio impeccabile.

10/01/2024: Non posso che elogiare l'hotel in montagna in cui io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato durante la mia ultima vacanza. Sin dal momento in cui sono entrata, ho avuto l'impressione di essere accolto in un'oasi di tranquillità e bellezza. La struttura è immersa in un paesaggio mozzafiato, circondata da maestose montagne e rigogliosi boschi. Le camere erano spaziose, confortevoli e arredate con gusto. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la vista panoramica sulla città di Bolzano. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La cucina dell'hotel era semplicemente deliziosa. Ho avuto l'opportunità di gustare piatti tradizionali preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Ogni pasto era un'esperienza culinaria unica, che mi ha fatto apprezzare ancora di più la cultura e la tradizione locali. In conclusione, il mio soggiorno presso questo hotel in montagna è stato semplicemente perfetto. Ho trascorso giornate indimenticabili immerso nella natura, coccolato dal comfort dell'hotel e viziato dalla squisita cucina. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri vivere un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile in montagna.

19/11/2023: Location molto intima, indicata per chi ama l'amore per i dettagli. Un luogo romantico dove degustare piatti prelibati degni di nota. Dall'antipasto al dolce una sorpresa che sa stupire oltre ogni aspettativa. Consigliatissima la panna cotta come dolce, saprà di certo toccare le vette più alte e dolci del vostro cuore.

07/11/2023: Una bella cena, con piatti della tradizione altoatesina rivisitati. Buoni i dolci anche di castagne. Apprezzabili i vini base, a calice. Alimenti troppo salati per i nostri gusti. Non facile da raggiungere in auto, anche se vicinissimo a Merano centro

17/03/2024: The "Drumler" is the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The rooms are spacious and the daily service does a very good job. Kitchen and restaurant service are excellent. Swimming pool and spa offer opportunities for active relaxation.

Unfortunately in the winter they don't do dinner and we couldn't stop there, but it's definitely a place worth trying. Very clean toilets, really friendly staff, the place is small and you need to book. For those coming for lunch, photos of the menu...
