03/04/2024: I'll start by saying that there wasn't one thing that didn't convince me. The environment is very intimate, 10 tables surrounded by the warmth of the wood and the freshness of the plants. Easter dinner, tasting menu for 2 with wine pairing (the proposed menu is the one on the website). Everything was truly excellent, from the amuse bouche to the dessert. I wasn't impressed by the flavor of the first course, I only remember that it was very good. The venison fillet won over everything for me. We arrived at the end really full, so much so that unfortunately we didn't fully enjoy the dessert and we didn't taste the small pastries. Very kind and attentive staff, without being intrusive. The bill was a little expensive, we spent almost as much as the starred one... but that's okay. Thanks for the experience, see you next time!

24/12/2023: Purtroppo anche qui si punta parecchio sulla fortuna della splendida posizione, tutto troppo turistico e impersonale, un Gulasc a € 21,00 non è poco se la qualità e la quantità lasciano a desiderare, tanto fuori c'è la fila.

06/12/2023: I stayed overnight in fall 2023. Location and view fantastic. In the evening, when the day guests leave, it gets very quiet. Rooms simple but very clean and functional. Kitchen very good! I didn't miss WiFi + TV for a second. Prices are not cheap, but definitely justified.

01/04/2024: Nice hotel not far from the center... food good... rooms nice and clean... our room had a big terrace... the only thing that spoiled our stay was the presence of ski training from England... so after one night we moved to another hotel 🙈🤣

01/04/2024: Not far from the center of Bormio, with spacious, well-kept rooms and excellent cleaning service. The breakfasts and dinners are plentiful and of excellent quality. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Super recommended hotel!

01/04/2024: Really very nice place. Typical Valtellina cuisine with an excellent wine list. The starters are super, I recommend sciatt and mixed platter and then pizzoccheri and crepes. Superb apple pie. Super friendly and competent staff. They serve at the tables in typical clothing

05/04/2024: Beautiful rustic ambience, very friendly service, amazing food. The menu is not too big, so basically anything you order is very good, with thought given to the decoration, spices, everything... We've enjoyed the local specialty pizzocheri the most.

The welcome was so familiar and we now feel at home here. Room service is excellent as is the service in the restaurant and at the reception. Staying here truly manages to combine the simplicity and elegance of a warm environment but with refined ways. It's a bit like coming home❤️ Special mention for the hotel dog who plays pleasantly with guests who want it without ever being intrusive. See you soon!!

11/01/2024: Ci siamo andati a cena durante la nostra vacanza a Bormio. 4 adulti 1 bambino piccolo e un cane. Personale super disponibile preparato e cordiale. Il menù che cercavamo, piatti tipici, carne buonissima cotta in modo impeccabile, i primi molto gustosi, così come gli antipasti. Salumi e formaggi di produzione propria. Ciliegina sulla torta una piccola rivendita dei loro prodotti. Consigliatissimo.

06/02/2024: We only had a coffee and a Crodino, but we were treated well. Coffee accompanied by a glass of water (absolutely not a given) and Crodino accompanied by appetizers. Which doesn't always happen with a "simple" Crodino. Appreciated. I agree with other reviews about the lighting. Maybe during aperitif/evening time it would be more relaxing to have even just one part of the room with softer light.

23/01/2024: We found our little spot while in Bormio. They happily accept dogs and food is great. We enjoyed visiting the bar on a daily basis during our stay.
